I work at a local hospital. One of the nurses decided to treat the staff to mini flurries as a small token of gratitude during this pandemic. When the order was phoned in, whoever answered, heard it was for the hospital. Without hesitation they insisted on doubling the order, free of charge. THANK YOU! For bringing so many smiles to healthcare professionals during this stressful time. The management team should be beaming with pride of the generous act.
This sonic is a joke. Went there at 9pm only to be told they're only serving drinks and slushies. No food, no ice cream. What? Why even be open then?
Every time I go here it is an abysmal experience. The food tastes like they don't clean their fryers, the service hasn't been useful almost ever, and half the time time the ordering stalls are broken. Just fire everyone and start over.

Sonic Drive-In has faced some recent issues with food quality and customer service. Some customers experienced mold on their burgers and unsatisfactory substitutions, with one customer receiving cold food with wrong condiments and an incorrect order of mozzarella sticks and onion rings. Orders might take longer than expected, and the app may not reflect accurate menu items. All the stalls were tied off forcing everyone to order through the drive through, and service was very inefficient for as many workers were inside. However, some customers have had a good Sonic experience, with food in their car within 4 minutes of checking in, and everything ordered, plus two mints.
