Was pretty good. Not spicy
There was a situation yesterday that I had to escalate and put a formal complaint in. I will wait to see how the franchise owner handles this situation before I give full disclosure and video proof.
Ordered a cappuccino, cup was only 2/3 full� If I'm paying $3 for a cup, I should at least get my money's worth. Not to mention the sip n pull on the cup that's expired. As a manager myself you guys did a terrible job. Get it together.
