I ordered the chicken quesadilla with a tamarin drink. This was literally the best chicken quesadilla I've ever had, super filling. It was so good I forgot to take a picture. We grabbed an order of the churros after seeing a raving review about them. As well as four popsicles to go (Oreo, coffee tequila, strawberry cream, and watermelon). Having grown up in STL with TD on the Southside, Silky gives TD a run for the money... very good, creamy, and not quite as sugary-sweet as some custards. There are like five main options and three sides. But the ice cream is able to be customized, kind of like going to Fritz's. The ambience was very similar to other 50s themed joints like Cheeburger or steak shake. Stuff was clean, and the service was great. The person behind the counter was very friendly and helpful when we were stuck on a decision.“
