Good food....but their hours are sketchy. Went in today and was told by the "owner" no aervice for inside eating. Very strange.

OMG!!!! This place is unbelievable...I have NEVER in my life met a server so mean EVER!! A peer of mine has a food allergy, asked "are there any fish in this?" Server stops, looks at him and replies "based upon what you ordered, why would you ask me that?" Wow! I was with five of my employees, we are at the Cardinals game tonight, this occurred 8 hours ago and we are STILL talking about it!!!! The only reason is gets a 2 star is because the food...amazing! Great portions, family style servings. So if you don't mind some of the worst service you will experience in your life EVER. Go for it!!

I love eggplant. I was really looking forward to try their crispy eggplant. Instead I was given a substitute. I had the food delivered so I could not let them know in person.

We ordered the Pepper Chicken. The waitress said "Dry". Lunch came and we were served Pepper Chicken with no sauce. When we asked for something on the side we were told that they were out of sauce. Why serve a dish if you don't have the proper ingredients. Waitress was not the nicest either

Horrible customer service. I picked up a doordash order for a customer. And the lady at the front desk did not even greet me, is if I was some kind of rat walking in there. Then I see my order ready to be picked up on the table. I grab it becuase the lady clearly doesn't know how to communicate and ask for the name. But instead once I grab the order and leave she runs after me asking for the name. Anyways, I wouldnt eat at a place with horrible customer service. if I could I would give 0 stars

Really good food. Prompt delivery service. We will definitely order again! Love the egg rolls and vegetables in their fried rice, so tasty! Sweet & Sour Pork was a happy childhood flashback.

Price is great. Food is good. Eccentric! Been 2-3 times now. We typically go when we are in town to visit our family.

Located in the middle of olive where I would consider "China town" you can see LuLu's by the distinctive building and sign, it plays its part as a typical Chinese restaurant (imagine Rush Hour lol). There is a display case of different popular dishes to get your appetite going while you wait for a table. I noticed only a hand full of employees but considering everything they really do try to help each other accommodate their guests.. we were well taken care of! Their menu has each dish pictured which takes the guessing out of ordering, especially for those who aren't familiar with Asian cuisine. A plus is that the food runners bring everything out on a rolling cart so as they pass you can see what everyone else has ordered. My boyfriend liked the Thai curry shrimp- I prefer a sauce than a seasoning powder. Fried rice was a nice side that complimented the dishes. Dimsum was room temperature, BUT the flavor was really good- I will be back for that. Hot pepper chicken was extra crispy which was nice and the heat level wasn't too spicy, it did have an after taste of sour which was interesting on the taste buds. We also tried the sweet and sour fish, just request it extra crispy the batter was soggy but could have been bc they were really busy. Everything was decently priced for portions.

BIG PORTIONS! My friend and I shared potstickers, orange chicken, and lo mein Friday night. We each were able to take a box home of orange chicken and lo mein so it served 4 people. Orange chicken also came with a small side of white rice. Service a little slow inside but they were VERY BUSY with to go orders. Always a good sign when a place is busy!

I love dim sum and had pretty high expectations. We ordered the shrimp dumplings, BBQ pork buns, sesame balls w/ red bean paste, chicken lettuce wraps and sticky rice in lotus leaf. I normally LOVE sticky rice but I didn't care for this since it had a meat filling. No big deal, my husband loved it. The lettuce wraps were delicious and it was a very generous portion. The BBQ pork buns and sesame balls were a highlight for me, I absolutely loved them. Pickup was a little chaotic since they seemed to have limited staff and there were lots of people picking up for DoorDash, but that's just a good reminder to tip well even if you have to wait a bit. I'll definitely order again!

Phone number doesn't work. Business fail. First time trying this place...

First time ordering from here. Called and ordered dinner for my family. 2 vegetable friend rice, 1 sesame chicken, 1 chicken lo mein, 2 orders of vege egg rolls and 1 large hot and sour soup. Lady on the phone was impatient and said it would be ready in half an hour. She called back 10 minutes later and had to reconfirm the order line by line. Got there on time and found that there were a couple other folks there picking up Door Dash orders. Same lady is manning the front and is frustrated that they are too busy. When she calls my name, I show her the coupon from checking in on Yelp and she says I have to print it for their records. This isn't listed on the page or terms. She finally says she will take off the $5, but scolds me for not bringing a copy for her boss and their records. I tried to be as nice as possible, tipped more than I should have probably and left. Food was ok, nothing special, it the service will keep me from ever going back again

Dim sum. That's is. Completely amazing and it's the closest thing to home. ❤️

I pick up carry out orders from this restaurant quite often, and every time I step inside the man up front is very accommodating and helpful. I always have a great experience here with superb customer service and high quality Chinese cuisine. Highly recommend!
