Will be back again, increasing to four stars.Original review: My boyfriend and I have heard so many great reviews about Nudo House so we decided to try it! The ambiance was great - very modern and inviting; the staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. I asked what their suggestion would be and they said you can't go wrong with the classic Nudo or the Bahn Mi so we ordered both, but sadly it was very underwhelming. The flavor wasn't rich or flavorful like we expected, and the noodles tasted like instant ramen, kinda rubbery and very bland. Maybe it was just an off day for them but it was highly disappointing, especially after reading all the amazing reviews!Their Mai Lee restaurant, however, is incredible.“

“The bread they use is absolutely phenomenal. Both of our sandwiches were loaded with fresh toppings. The worker was very friendly and helpful for us first-timers, and we'll definitely be back! The addition of a Hi Chew candy is super fun, too.“

“Good food and friendly staff! I work close by and frequent this location for lunch. The rice bowl is my go to, but I truly have not had a bad item on the menu. I definitely recommend this place, especially if you want something quick to eat.“

“Food was generally good. We got the Bun Bo Hue (it was pretty good, but the pig foot was not very tender), Pho Dac Biet (it was fine), and the Com Dac Biet (the pork chop tasted funny). Maybe I got unlucky today, but will try again some other time.“

This IS A NEW restaurant and gives all the best qualities of a mom and pop experience and do keep in mind they’re still in the beginning phases of the interior design but that had zero effect on quality of food and service.“
“The garnishes for the two to-go pho orders I placed were put into the same plastic bag and looked like it was a serving for one person. I didn’t know It was necessary to request ingredients for both orders be entirely separate as I thought that would be a given. What if me and the other person were going in two different directions? Cutting costs on food and supplies at the patrons expense is never a good look. Just make sure you check your bag before you pull off. My order was brought out to my car which I appreciated and the food was delicious. Just wish they hadn’t cheated us on the garnishes.“
“The food was amazing, the workers were so kind, and I will be returning. They had such caring attitudes even though we were a large party. They didn't skimp on the proportions and the meat. It is totally reasonable to pay their prices because you'll get 2 meals out of it!“
“Though this is a small establishment with a limited menu, they excel! I’ve visited 4 times in 2 weeks and keep trying the same dish. The spicy pork belly rice bowl has me in a choke hold. It’s the perfect thing to warm you up and the flavors are so developed and complex for such a simple dish. I also love the spring rolls with beef and shrimp. I’ll definitely be returning.“

“DD Mau has become our first choice for Asian food, it’s so delicious that we visit at least once a week! Really appreciate the extensive vegan options, and that the food and service are both consistently excellent. They are a bit more expensive than some similar options, but I am happy to pay a little more to count on the food and service both being great. I also like that the owner is there regularly and actively engaged in the business.“
