“Just ate at Piccolo for the 1st time today, & it will NOT be our last time! Our servers Tara & Steve were amazing & went above & beyond, the food was scrumptious, great atmosphere. Alas, we didn't have any room for dessert, but that will be remedied next time! 😃Needless to say, we were impressed! It isn't very often that I go online to recommend restaurants, but I definitely wanted to this time! Thank you, everyone at Piccolo, for a wonderful dining experience! We'll be back! 🥰”

The moment I approached the truck, the enticing aroma of perfectly fried fish wafted through the air, drawing me in. I ordered their signature fish and chips, and it was nothing short of spectacular. The fish was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, served with golden, fluffy chips that were cooked to perfection. But what really took my experience to the next level were the fried pastries! I indulged in a delightful pastry filled with sweet goodness that paired perfectly with the savory fish and chips. It was a delicious surprise that added a unique touch to my meal. To wash it all down, I opted for a refreshing natural soda, and I was blown away by the flavors. “We experienced a very enjoyable and affordable lunch on a Tuesday. Our waitstaff Cercy and Amber were friendly and the right level of attentive. The restraunt has recently introduced a ten dollar lunch menu, which had several nice choices and made it a very affordable lunch. My chicken nachos could have fed me two meals but I ate them all, delicious and a beautiful presentation. There is a lovely view, a outdoor bandstand and dining area. Bands on the weekends Daily specials Sundays thru Thursdays. Fun, interesting decor. A large separate bar area perfect for a party. Looking forward to lunching here again.”

“Popped into this coffee shop as I was leaving Nixa from the family vacation. The shop itself is absolutely adorable with so many amazing spaces for people to gather and work and share. The latte that I ordered was deliciously splendid! I am a hard critique on small coffee shop and must say this one is one of the best. I will definitely visit again if I’m in the area.”

“I love this place! I have been through here about 5 or 6 times now and I have never once been disappointed. Bree is her name I think (by reading other reviews) that has served me every time. She has a smile on her face every time and she is so sweet and always gets my order right each time I'm there. I always ask for no whip and never once has she gotten that wrong, whereas Scooter's every time I have been through adds whip after I have specified my order at the speaker that I don't want whip on my drinks. (They do even when I specify not to before it's made!) Her prices are fair and the service she provides is impeccable. (I have never used that word in a review before but here I am!) :) Thank you Bree, you do great work and I will continue to support your business because you do a phenomenal job! 😁 P.S--Try the caramel apple cold brew!!! It's so good, I can't wait to try other items on the fall menu. 😋”

“Dude, some of the greatest food, greatest waiters, and a BBQ atmosphere. I left with a full tummy, but the lines are long sometimes but the food is the best thing that will enter you're mouth, and if you are ever in town go to this place it will be worth your while.”

“Love their pizza but disappointed they are taking the Italian sausage away. Locations can vary and in general toppings on a one topping pizza are very light. Even when pay for extra. Nina, Mo location has much better toppings than the Ozark, Mo location.”

“Love this restaurant! My boyfriend and I always get a sausage breakfast burrito and a chorizo breakfast burrito and it is always so good. It has hasbrowns, eggs, and plenty of cheese inside. Their green salsa is soooooo good🤤🤤 haven’t tried their lunch yet but I would love to very soon!”

“Rocco's of Nixa is one of our favorite family dinner spots and never disappoints! The restaurant is very kid friendly. We went in the other night with our 2 kiddos and our 1 y.o was not having it. The only thing that would make her happy was as if we let her walk around and the staff there didn't bat an eye at it. They were so kind and this tired mom sincerely appreciated it.”

“Took my madre for a fiesta 🪅 This outpost of the chain restaurant is THE BEST in the SGF area! Yes, it is in a strip mall, alas. But once inside, you’ll be swept up in the mariachi music & Mexican decor more cool Acapulco vibe than piñata quinceanera! This place is spotless clean (which I notice & appreciate) with the friendliest staff—and all bilingual nationals. Their food is muy bueno as I try different menu items each visit. Tonight? Barbacoa (Birria) Beef Tacos with beef au jus dip. Sopapias & fried ice cream! If you are in Nixa & have a hankering for South of the Border, give them your Pesos. ¡Felicidades!”

“We enjoy eating here. It’s a family owned business and we always want to support local. If you are in a hurry this is not for you it does take a bit of time but we don’t mind. While they have minimal wait staff they are always pleasant.”

“The Ozark and Nixa locations are my go-to, mostly for breakfasts. But the Service is spot on. They greeted you, and when they say thank you, it seems as if they meant it. I've never had my food held out of a window as I've had at McDonald's, and my fries/breakfast potatoes are never cold.”
