“I hosted my husband’s 40th birthday party over the weekend at Shortleaf and I can’t say enough good things! All our guests are still talking about how amazing the place and party was. Some have never been to Shortleaf but they may become regulars ?.The communication leading up to the party was wonderful, thank you so much to Jonathan and Michael for answering all my questions. The event space was perfect for our 40 guests.The food was amazing! Eli helped coordinate how much food I may need for our guests which was extremely helpful. Ordered the taco bar (meat, chicken, spicy cauliflower), toasted raviolis, caesar salad, and chicken fingers.Everyone talked about how delicious the food was overall but especially the chicken fingers! The catering was perfect, enough plates, napkins, and silverware. Thank you so much Eli for the fantastic food!!I was able to bring a custom cake, centerpieces, kids coloring table, and balloons. Additionally, they had board games and a shuffleboard table for entertainment. We had 14 kids which is hard sometimes to keep them entertained even during a meal at a restaurant.Brittany was wonderful at the bar! Everyone loved all the beers but especially the frozen hot chocolate and frozen strawberry margarita. It is so nice to go to a brewery where there are other cocktails if you do not prefer beer.If anyone needs to hold an event, come in for a drink, or eat delicious food THIS is the place!! “After asking and learning this was my first visit my outside order taker asked what I was looking for so she could make recommendations. That was helpful because 7 Brew has a lot of drinks. Besides coffee it also has energy drinks, teas, lemonades, smoothies, and shakes. I didn't want to discuss the whole menu, so asked for low/no sugar, low calorie hot coffee suggestions. We discussed a couple of options. I chose a sugar free, white chocolate mocha. Almond milk was recommended to lower the sugar content and to make the drink even more "yummy." It was sweet and creamy and like a decadent dessert drink. It arrived quickly and while waiting the order taker engaged me in pleasant conversation. This location has two order lanes for quick service.“
“The martini's are consistently perfect! Period! Beautiful menu to choose from. The food is good but I go there for the Martinis. My favorite is the vodka selections. The atmosphere is cool and friendly. I highly recommend giving this one a try!“
“We just had my mother-in-law's birthday party here in the banquet room. Wonderful service and delicious food. Katherine was a fabulous waitress. Highly recommend going to CJs. We picked from Lasagna, baked mostaccioli, chicken bruschetta pasta and baked chicken carbonara. House dressing on the combination salad is fabulous. Thank you for making her party a success. It did not have a spot to check these delicious dishes to highly recommend.“
“Used to be our favorite place then we moved away. When we are town, we'll visit, but this visit sucked for us. We ordered 4 ice creams and they got them wrong. Missing ingredients, and wrong ingredients in our concretes. I double checked the receipt to make sure he heard us right and it was rang in correctly. They just didn't pay enough attention when making them. Maybe the next visit will be better.“
“We love their lattes, iced coffees and frappes. For breakfast we love the burrito bowl, bagels or the ham, egg and cheese croissant. We also just recently started buying bags of their Colombian coffee to brew at home. Best. Coffee. Ever.The service is always great too!“
“We tried Dirty Dogz on a very busy day, National Hot Dog Day. The service was great and the food was phenomenal. The owners were very nice and checked on each and every customer numerous times. We will certainly be back and we highly recommend Dirty Dogz!“

“We visited Arch Nemesis Brewery as part of a Brew Hop STL tour and it was great! The beer offerings were solid and the atmosphere was chill with games available for our group. The owner came out to let us sample and talk with us about an exciting experimental brew they are working on! This is definitely a brewery we will be checking in with when we are back in STL next to see what they are working on!“
“Went on a Wednesday afternoon. Prompt and friendly service. The menu was pretty varied with alot of great options. We had a French dip with au jous and onion rings, and our friends ordered the Philly cheesesteak. The food was served hot and fast. It was very good. We will definitely go back!“

Every dish we tried was perfectly prepared and had a good flavor.As a side note, before I make recommendations, I have an autoimmune condition called celiac disease. I am so sensitive that 20 ppm is still too high for my body's response, and even though I was aware of the possibility of cross-contamination, they went far above and beyond and took additional preventative measures to ensure my safety. Now, with that out of the way, I recommend trying the gluten-free pizzas and the bruchetta. Of course, I subbed the toast for their bag of gluten-free chips, and while the chips aren't precisely the same, the dish is still tasty. “Good coffee and relaxing atmosphere...reminds me of the coffee I had in Rome, Italy. If you have food restrictions, this is your place. I never eat out because cross contamination is always an issue. This is one place I will actually eat and get coffee. The owner actually took me behind the counter to insure me there would be no cross contamination. He also showed me in the kitchen the dedicated allergen cutting boards. They have truly gluten free and dairy free options, along with several vegan options.Vegetarian options: Gluten free vegan banana bread, gluten free vegan overnight oats, avocado toast with gluten free option.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free, dairy free, vegan and vegetarian options. I have celiac disease, and feel safe eating here.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheel chair ramp into the coffee shop.“
“Great little bar that opens early. Some friends and I have made it a tradition to meet here for drinks and breakfast as well as lunch. The food is really good and very reasonably priced. Best I can tell, most things are from scratch. You can never go wrong with their soups. Big fan of the TouchTunes and the morning / day crowd are all great folks. They do allow smoking. But like I said, it is a bar.“

“We really like Andy's custard it in general taste good. My first experience with Andy's was many years ago in another city. Then they opened 2 close by. I have been to this one a few times and my experience was pretty good. My most recent experience was a little disappointing. I ordered a banana split. They didn't have what is normally a banana split this one was just strawberries with cherries a marshmallow cream. I thought I would try it let's just say I was disappointed in it. The custard was delicious like always but, the strawberries were nasty old just this side of fermented and marshmallow cream made it even worse. It wasn't hot but for some reason my custard looked flat. I was very disappointed I ended up just eating the custard and eating around everything else. My friend got a pumpkin concrete he said was delicious and my husband got the ooey gooey concrete which we had before it is good except they do over kill on the almonds. I usually get mine without the almonds. He got his the normal way. He said there were so many nuts in it you couldn't taste the custard. So if you get this concrete ask for no or less nuts. Overall I like Andy's I just have to not get this banana split and try something else. This is just my opinion give it a try and make your own opinion.“

“Great place to unwind after a hard day. They have great food and the service I'd put up against any bar I've ever been to. And I've been to bars all over the U.S. They also have a nice big patio with tables and umbrellas out front. Place is always super clean! There's also three arachnid galaxy3 remote play dartboards, which is usually why I'm there. And they have 4 steel tip boards you can play for free. I would highly recommend Lulu's ?“

“The salads are amazing. They are gorgeous salads. I have never seen anything so pretty before in my 69 years of life. I have heard the employees in particular are amazing workers. They are so hard working and so nice. This place is great to go to if you want a decedent and wonderful place to eat. However, the latte was bland and not to par. I asked for my latte to be hot, and it came out lukewarm. I am disappointed in the girl who was wearing a bandana up at the counter. I watched her make my latte incorrectly. Please ensure she has the proper training. Thank you!“
