“Wow! Great Italian / Greek restaurant on The Hill. Yes... they have both Italian and Greek food and do both very well! Be sure to get a reservation because this place is popular and we had to make a reservation 2 weeks in advance for a Saturday night. Wonderful service, and our table was ready right at the reservation time. Everyone lives their food. Try their pizza it's amazing.Parking: It's The Hill. very residential, narrow streets, but lots of street parking opportunities just may need to walk a little.“

“I would put myself in debt to eat this food, It's so incredible the head chef is brilliant, and the staff from the front of the house to the back make the entire experience a joy. the wild boar and polenta is writing home about worthy, and the tirimisu makes me emotional... the pizza is literally the only pizza in st louis worth eating and I'm from Chicago so I feel like my opinion is extra valid lol. there are a ton of "fancy restaurants" in St. Louis but table cloths and wine selection don't mean crap when the menu of a reasonably priced pizza joint makes your food look like McDonald's by comparison.“

“I gave it 4 instead of 5 because the waitress wasn’t the best. She didn’t even give us plates with our appetizers ? we got no refills, no straws and the food was cold. Idk the atmosphere was good but the service could have been a bit better. I feel like she saw she didn’t get a tip when I was paying because she said “hope you enjoyed my service” and by that point there wasn’t a need in discussing it.“

“Comfy, intimate spot for a quality meal. Sat at the bar for a light dinner. Arrived in time for happy hour and ordered a mocktail, plus some small dishes off main menu. They do offer gluten free pasta and pizza, which will try next time! Today, I tried their green bean whipped ricotta dish with bits of bacon (yum!) and an order of arrancinis. Both were delicious, and I look forward especially having the green beans again. The service was outstanding at the bar. Friendly, engaging wait staff. The food, nice cozy interior and staff will keep me coming back. Great small space with our Webster neighborhood vibe and also offers a small outdoor space for dining. Well done yet again!“

“Let's face it, St Louis has never really been a "city that never sleeps" so most of our late night options are limited to fast food and a handful of drunken traditions. There's so many great sandwich shops to choose from in the city but this is the only one open after 9 pm.“

“Somehow we were unaware of this gem in our neighborhood. Our first visit definitely put it on the map for us. The restaurant is clean and bright. The service is excellent; they were helpful and patient with us "newbies." After we ordered at the counter, food was delivered to our table quickly, and it was delicious! We also discovered that there's a cozy front dining area and a huge, also very comfortable, dining area toward the back of the building, so dine-in or to-go are both great choices. If you haven't tried their food, you should!! I know we'll be back often.“

“I am ashamed to admit from the get-go...our food looked so good when it arrived at our table we dug in before taking any pics! Ugh. Once I thought about it I had done enough damage to my salad and plate it wouldn't have been very appetizing. I will say this though...Valentine's Day, sneaking out for lunch with your sweetie, 65 and sunny, AND Union Loafers tees you up for a great day! Happy Valentine's to all and thanks to Union Loafers to making our day even more special. Ambiance is always fun, loud place. We each ordered a chenin blanc, the little gem salad with beets (my favorite salad in STL!). My wife ordered the Turkey Swiss and I had the Bistro Beef. Everything was just outstanding. Of course a loaf of semolina to go. Service was great as always, place was packed. Love, love, love Union Loafers!“

“HANDS DOWN THE BEST PIZZA IN ST. LOUIS.Apologies to St. Louis natives but this place puts everywhere else to shame in the city. The pizzas were all delicious, well seasoned and had perfect thin crust. I really enjoyed the eggplant pizza (Bonci) because it had such a good spicy level and was so unique. The Stracciatella was so fresh and the cheese was amazing. I liked it so much I went back a week after trying it the first time. I’m already planning my next dinner there.“

“Authenticity at its finest.Incredibly friendly staff with a glaringly obvious expert skill set. Everything here is superb. The dough is light and airy with a crispy underbelly. Textbook mozzarella ratio but the star of the show is their homemade sauce. They should make an extra batch every week just to jar and sell. We would stock up on every visit. The sauce is the soul of the pizza pie. This one is simultaneously deep AND vibrant - a gastronomic spectacle to behold. Also, if I’m not mistaken, they make their own bread for their garlic cheese bread which is equally divine. Can’t ask much more of a pizzeria while remaining on this plane of existence.“

“Just went for the first time and the pizzas are AMAZING!!! My friend and I decided to get two different pizzas to try. We got the Jackson Pollock and the Monet’s La Pie. Both were good but our hands down favorite was the Monet’s La Pie. It’s very unique. Can’t wait to go back!“

“I have gone there so many times and it is 100% my favorite restaurant on the hill! it is owned by one of my friends family, and I think that the food there is worth the price and very delicious!Parking: It is a little bit hard to find a parking spot because there is no designated parking lot, you just have to park on the street if you could find a spot and then walk up to the restaurant.“

“The staff at Failoni's were amazing we came in with a large group of 25 and not only were they able to accommodate us but they also provided expert service. On a busy day at the restaraunt they got all of our orders out together and very quickly... the restaurant had a great Midwest vibe with friendly people and would highly recommend to anyone looking for amazing Italian food.Parking: Plenty of parking along the street on both sides“

“Impromptu date night away from the kids lead us to this place! We arrived at peak dinner time- 7:30- and shockingly there was no wait! I can’t imagine this will last for long, because the service is fabulous, and the food is delicious! We have really enjoyed the other restaurants by these guys- and Press does not disappoint! I loved the Lavender cocktail, Husb enjoyed the sweet take on the old fashioned. I also had the beet salad to start- but ate it too fast to get a photo! The smash pizzas have a delicate combination of flavors, are easy to eat and heat up the next day to continue the culinary enjoyment!“

“First off let me be honest and say I typically don’t leave reviews! With that said the food and service we received was stellar! We ordered a couple pizzas, with my wife’s being very specific. The first one she received wasn’t to her liking and our server made sure it was corrected promptly with no hassles! Now to the pizza themselves the flavors were great! You can tell they use premium products! To the Service MUNIR provided! His service enhanced the experience we had at this establishment 100 fold! Honestly it’s the sole reason I’m leaving this review! This guy deserves to be much more than a server in your establishment! He is an absolute ASSET to your business! 5 ⭐️ For Him!“

“I can't believe I somehow missed this little slice of heaven! I visited recently and had some of THE BEST vegan pizza I've had in a long time! “So delicious! This was sadly my first visit, as this has sat on my bucket list of places to try for far too long. They did not disappoint! I got the veggie stew special, but I added protein. The lady got the bibimbop and she really loved her meal. Portions are hearty, and I consider it a great value for quality of ingredients, preparation, and presentation. They came around after to ensure our dining experience was excellent. They will be going on vacation soon, so if you need to get your fix of great Korean food, do it sooner than later (unless you want to wait until October)!“

“Our waitress, Lakaila, was helpful and cheery, she made the visit great. She was very helpful when pointing out various food combinations. I would definitely come back to this location because of her wonderful attitude. The lasagna was tasty but ordinary, the salad was ok but had few browning pieces of iceberg lettuce. The bread sticks were good. The booth was clean and the overall atmosphere of the restaurant was good.Parking: Handicap spaces and ramp, plenty of free parking“

“I love pizza !!! This Chicago style deep-dish pizza is at the very top of my short list of pizzas. Here in St.Louis, MO. The cheese pulled from your face to the plate, then still had to cut it. I ordered the Meat deep-dish, with light sause,Great jobI got it for pick up, but friendly staff, and the time was right on point. I will be back for more PIZZA ? . A must stop in and get some. “I just recently moved to Saint Louis and I hate to admit it to my new fellow Missourians, but I am not a fan of the toasted raviolis I have tried. That all changed when I came to Farratos. The toasted raviolis were perfectly filled, had the perfectly toasted crunch and paired so well with their delicious sauce. The service has always been great here, but Nicole was top notch! She was very personable, knowledgeable and made sure we had what we needed and more. Thank you Nicole!“

“While wandering around St. Louis, I found myself around the hill and thought Italian thats what I wanted for dinner. And could I remember the name of the place a friend told me about? "Onesto!" I shouted in my car, and I was off. Onesto is a small Italian place nestled in the Princeton Heights neighborhood; it is completely surrounded by residential houses. While I walked up, I was greeted by a little Sinatra and a smiling hostess. She led me right to a small table by a window, perfect for gazing out into the street. A small plate of garlic knots magically appeared and were just about right, lots of garlic, butter, and salt. Might had scarfed down the whole plate before drinks, and like magic, more appeared. I had the house sangria, which I can't remember what it was, but it was very tasty. Then the waitress took my order. I had the cannelloni, which was stuffed with beef and pork in a tomato cream sauce and topped with mozzarella. It was delicious. It came with an overflowing Caesar salad and more garlic knots. After that wonderful meal, I was too full for dessert and headed home. Overall, great little Italian place, food hit the spot, and the service was great.“

“I went to Headless Bat a couple weeks ago for a movie night. I had a slice of Thai Curry pizza and a slice of Born of Fire pizza - both were delicious and I highly recommend both! The pizza is thin NY style, large and oozing just how I like it. The drink selection was also stellar - as a NA beer drinker the menu offered a good selection. I chose the KittiePig Saskaberry Blonde - very tasty and as far as I know the only place to get in the Midwest! Service was attentive and vibe was chill, will be returning for more pizza in the future. Oh yeah, also metal.“

“I ordered tonight for carry out and there was a small hiccup (no biggie) with our order they called right away to fix it. Picked up our meatball sub, a Naples pizza, a create your own, and garlic bread. This food was delicious, I’ve never had such a amazing white pizza (no red sauce) in my life. The meatballs were so tender and my picky kid ate all but one! The garlic cheese bread didn’t last long here it’s as good as home made (maybe better). We will definitely return and recommend. I hope next time we can dine it, from what I saw they have a pretty large dining room that can accommodate a nice crowd. The employees were incredibly friendly and warm. Loved the entire experience!“

“My companion and I shared a St Louis style sausage and mushroom pizza. It was very good, however we both suspected that the chef tossed some mozzarella in with the provel. It was very tasty, just a surprise when expecting a true St Louis style pizza. My companion also had the house salad with house dressing and said that it was very good. The service was a little discombobulated because it appeared that they were shorthanded right before lunch but we weren't neglected. All in all a very good lunch!“

“I was in town for the tenth anniversary of the brewery Side Project. However, I also wanted to check out the craft beer scene in St. Louis in general and read that this place served a lot of Narrow Gauge beers from their brewery next door. I got four of their beers and they were all great, especially the mild which was amazing and probably one of the best milds that I've ever had and they absolutely nailed it. It is a style that you don't often see outside of the UK either. I also got some food too. I had the chicken wings first and they were nothing special. Next I got the stuffed meatballs and they were absolutely divine. Service was good too and friendly.“

“This was my first time here and I am in love. The brunch was fantastic. Any and everything you want is available and delicious! They had a lady violinist and vocalist that blew my mind. She made the ambiance even better. The staff were kind, accommodating and the perfect example of what service should be. We tried everything. Everyone should treat themselves to this experience at least once. I will be back. I forgot to take more pictures I was having so much fun.“

“Would give them more stars if I could. My boyfriend and I sat at the bar tonight (2/25) and the solo server and solo bartender rocked it out. They were busy prior to our arrival and that trend only continued. I don't know of many restaurant staff who could handle a walk-in 12 top, bar guests, and several families with small children who came in at the same time. They were assisting each other, running food (I even saw a kitchen staff member running food), bagging togos, changing kegs, and absolutely *killing* it all while never missing a beat. Food was amazing too!“

“I had a great time at Edera. I was with a decent size group of friend celebrating a birthday. Our server, Alan, was terrific and we sat in one of the outdoor chalets. Now I think that chalets go down but the courtyard looks like something out of Italy. Food was fantastic too! Great job Sam!“

“I would like to say this is the most amazing pizza ever! We drive an hour to pick it up, and it’s worth it every time. I suggest calling early on the weekends, because it can be a long wait (but it is SO worth it). More toppings than you can imagine, and the recipe hasn’t changed with the new owners (no matter what any of these neigh-sayers say! Would also like to commend the two ladies who were working last Saturday. There was a very rude guy complaining about the time it was taking, but he showed up an hour early. So it seemed to us that it was his fault. He threw a fit in the dining room and there were people dining in!!! He was so rude. I was happy the owner came out and told him to calm down. The ladies handled him great.“

“Tried one of the RFT's top 5 that has the distinction of having been honored multiple times for serving the best St. Louis-style pizza in the region — without actually using Provel. It had a great crust, the cheese and toppings were good, too. It was ok, but you couldn't taste the sauce. I would definitely try again and ask for more sauce.“

“This was the best pizza I've had in a while. The crust is what did it for me. A little crisp with some chew. It has flavor by itself, not just a bland base like a lot of places. The toppings were good, too.I had the Philly Cheesesteak and loved it.We had our pies in about 5 minutes, which was great because I can get impatient when I'm hungry.Since there's no dine-in option, we just parked in the big parking lot and had a little impromptu tailgate dinner date.Looking forward to our next visit.“

“First time at Picklemans. Staff was upbeat and courteous. Great value for the money. Restaurant clean. Bread was fresh, vegetables fresh. Lemonade was awesome. The chips were a brand I wasn't familiar with, but they were delicious. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 was that the chicken salad was a bit bland. Otherwise, I would recommend and will go back again.“

“It's been years since I've been here and so happy that I visited because now this place will become a staple in my rotation. Friday evening visit around 6p and happy that seating was available without a wait. Open seating, opted for a space near the kitchen. Now, normally, seating near the kitchen wouldn't be appealing, but the overall vibe here makes up for the open kitchen view. Starving, I wasted no time ordering. Glass of Malbec and for the meal, Chicken Pesto sandwich, sauces on the side and Side order of Tots. The sandwich was awesome! Chicken was juicy, Bacon was crisp and the toasted buttered bread rounded it out. I enjoyed the mustard aioli with this better than the pesto that it comes up, so I recommend getting the sauces on the side. The tots are housemade and feel like mashed potatoes turned into tots. They are tasty also with the mustard aioli. Thoroughly enjoyed this visit and will be here more often.“
