My only experience with this particular Dairy Queen was subpar. They were probably understaffed. However, I still expect my food to be of decent quality. The hamburger meat tasted like it has been in the warmer for at least 25 minutes longer than it should have. And my Mountain Dew was almost completely out of syrup, so it tasted worse than normal water. The fries tasted like they were probably at least 10 minutes past the intended holding time as well. They got so much of our order wrong, I don't even know where to begin. If I'm paying $5 and get enough food for my family, sure, i won't complain. But $45 for a meal and ice cream, that's ridiculous. We had to go all the way back to fix our order, and the manager just replaced it. Turns out, orders on the app don't show "add/remove" the same as they do in the restaurant. DQ needs to get that fixed ASAP.
I've never actually eaten here, just done delivery. But I'm kind of disappointed by the management here. I found out the other day that they have a reward system for anyone who does delivery through their store. Mind you, I've never had a manager tell me this, it was actually another employee, shot out to him. This would’ve been great to know when I started doing Door Dash over a month ago now.
