If I could rate them a negative five stars I would. The food is filled with garbage! The food is not even “edible!” Please stop giving your children this styrofoam chicken and not to mention the extra hormones so much that our daughters are getting their menstrual cycle at 8 years old and our sons growing breasts!!!! Stop feeding your kids fake food that is basically killing them!!!!!

Never got the chance to order because they are ridiculous at customer service. I had to get a quick something to eat because I was in my way to work and had to meet a crew for storm clean up. Pull in drive thru was swamped. Decided to inside to order 2 sausage biscuits and a drink. It was busy inside a well. Except there was only one girl working the register and she was shaky at best. Three people in front of me, 1st person ordered moved aside, 2nd person ordered moved aside. The third guy was on his cellphone the whole time and barely spoke English, got to the cashier still on his phone mind you and starts asking questions about can they make this a special combo with discounts just for him. She asks for help from a manager who is running like crazy and delivering food to tables while other employees are standing around checking thier phones. The girl rings up his order and he says oh, I forgot my wallet tells her he'll be right back. The man goes outside gets in his car and drives away. I watched from where I was waiting because she told me she couldn't help me because she was in the middle of an order. At this point she looks for help again because she cannot figure out how to cancel his order. I am already hot because I waited and saw what was going on and could already tell this location had no training standards what so ever. When did working at McDonald's become rocket science? I left because at this point I was mad that while she was struggling and poorly trained to deal with customers, the other 10 plus employees or so watching the manager struggle and do thier job, just stood around. No one opened another register to mitigate the delay, no one stepped up to help this young girl and no one was taking thier job seriously. So I now say good bye to another restaurant that I grew up with that service had become so bad and neglect that I well boycott as well. I will just say it's ashamed that I'm America today you fight for higher wages for a minimum wage job and still don't put effort in to trying. McDonald's should have a strict no cell phone policy for the employees as well as customers at the counter. It's a dang shame.

Very nice customer service however probably the worst McDonald's I've been to when it comes to making your order correctly and get your food in a timely manner

Since when did you have to pay for extra sauce? And when someone buys a 20 peice chicken nugget at least give them 4 sauces instead of 3. And y’all need to learn how to cook fries. They’re supposed to be hot and fresh not cold and stale. My small town mcdonald’s should not be better than your big town mcdonald’s!

They lost our mobile order (which I understand stuff happens) but when we went inside to get our food the customer service was awful. They said they “found” our order. But then just didn’t make it? After all the other customers were gone we were still waiting. Took over 20 minutes for a chicken nugget meal. And after all that we still didn’t get the correct order.

$5 delivery fee just to order on Uber or Dasher plus all menu items are marked up, which is absolutely obsered for the market. So after delivery fee, tax, tip, and what else, it's at minimum $12, and that's not even counting the food. Everything together is $34 to order 1 big Mac.

Why McDonald’s is usually my goto and they have good food at a good price their coffee doesn’t fit this category. So if I get McDonald’s coffee it’s a splurge for me. I usually go with an iced coffee but it was cold out so I was looking for a hot beverage. They had a $2 off so I splurged and got a mocha coffee. To be honest it tasted like a hot chocolate syrup, not like coffee at all. When I order coffee I want it to taste like it. I don’t know how they train their people to make their drinks but for $4 I would rather go to Starbucks where they know how to make coffee. So McDonald’s is great for food but not for coffee.Kid-friendliness: This is a great option where kids can eat relatively cheapWheelchair accessibility: They have several spots for handicap parking and doors are wheelchair friendly

We always do drive through because going in is kinda ?And they seem to almost always mess up our orders, whether they don't get us the right drinks or they don't give us any of the sauces we ordered AND paid for.It also always takes AGES to get our food, I genuinely don't know why. Whether there's a few people or a lot it always seems to take forever. Some of the employees are iffy but then there's the the few that are genuinely so sweet and put a smile on our faces.

It baffles me how hard it is for an employee to put 2 buns, a slice of cheese, and ketchup together to create a sandwich. Hoping my money is going towards a college education so they can understand when I say a cheeseburger with only ketchup I don’t end up with a cheeseburger with onions and mustard.
