Why McDonald’s is usually my goto and they have good food at a good price their coffee doesn’t fit this category. So if I get McDonald’s coffee it’s a splurge for me. I usually go with an iced coffee but it was cold out so I was looking for a hot beverage. They had a $2 off so I splurged and got a mocha coffee. To be honest it tasted like a hot chocolate syrup, not like coffee at all. When I order coffee I want it to taste like it. I don’t know how they train their people...read full review

We always do drive through because going in is kinda ?And they seem to almost always mess up our orders, whether they don't get us the right drinks or they don't give us any of the sauces we ordered AND paid for.It also always takes AGES to get our food, I genuinely don't know why. Whether there's a few people or a lot it always seems to take forever.Some of the employees are iffy but then there's the the few that are genuinely so sweet and put a smile on our faces.

My husband and I did curbside pickup yesterday at about 7:22. Not only was our food fresh and hot but the Manager who brought our food out, Emily, was extremely nice. She provided us with such great customer service that we had to give her a shout out. Thank you for making our experience pleasant. Keep up the great work!!!
