“We tried this new restaurant nearby last weekend and we enjoyed our lunch there. Got our table straight away and our waiter was genuinely polite and attentive. He told us it was his 3rd day and he was able to help us with the menu. My grilled shrimp was very good & flavorful. The chicken enchilada met the expectations too. We know we will go back for more, that’s for sure!“

“I went through the drive-thru tonight after I got off of work. The young lady who was working and taking orders was extremely professional and polite and whoever made the food, it was the best I have ever had it here. It's nice to see such young people taking pride in their job and work. My chicken chalupa is delicious.“

“This place has great food for a great price. The employees work hard to get the food out fast and keep a clean dining room. While I was sitting and waiting for a to-go order, I saw an employee (not sure if owner or manager or other but that is beside the point) just walk a bag of food out for a customer while she was carrying her baby and struggling to hold both. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Love it“

“This place is unapologetically greasy, cheesy, and down right good. I understand why it has been around for so long. I loved my tacos and burger pocket. It is so old school, you know exactly what kind of food you’ll be getting as soon as you walk through the doors. I loved every bite I had. I can’t wait to come back.“

I have been eating Chipotle burritos for years.. but the Al Pastor burrito that I got today was a thousand times better than any Chipotle burrito I ever had! No joke. “Still one of my favorite places in all of Kansas City. Definitely a treat in the Northland. I try to get something different every time I go.This time I had the Rob Salad. The chicken was divine - moist, seasoned, flavorful. Absolutely perfect. The service is always good, and though the place doesn't have a lot of atmosphere, the charm is there.“

“Thought we would try this new Mexican place in Zona Rosa since it's close. It used to be Bar Louie. It is a nice upscale place and it seems like they just used all the tables and chairs from when Bar Louie was there. The food is just alright. The rice was bland and I would have added pepper but none of the tables had any pepper or salt. There was tiny pieces of green beans and peas in the rice which was kinda odd for Mexican. The beans were little more flavorful. I had a ground beef chimi that was pretty good but it was small for the price. It was $15.75 for this small chimi with rice and beans. It looked more like a lunch portion.My drink was pretty good. Got a Spanish Sangria. They do have a lot of drink options.Service was decent. She was nice and we were a party of 8.Maybe I will try this place again in a few months but if they keep charging that much for those portions I don't think I want to go again.“

“We love this place. We eat here at least once a week. The hot salsa is so good. The regular is just as good we just like some heat. The chips are always warm, thin and crispy. The.Chicken Argentine is to die for. The chicken is pounded thin and whatever they marinate it in is amazing mixed with the white cheese dip. The Margarita Special burrito is my next favorite. The spinach enchiladas with beef are also so good. The wait staff is always nice and the food comes out quickly. The margaritas are good. Just your typical Mexican restaurant margarita but still good.“
