This arbys on kearney is absolutely horrible. They dont listen even when taking orders. They always mess up our order and tonight was the last straw will never go back again! she knew she was in the wrong. refused to give me her name or corporate number. told me to.find it myself. well i did. I will definitely be calling them in morning!

When a customer asks for Arby's sauce why do you give them Tangy BBQ sauce for their sandwich. It's NOT the same thing. Drove all the way back to work to eat my lunch only to be disappointed. Please inform your employees on the difference.
