Great folks, food & art! 🖼️
I celebrated my daughter's 24th birthday here and they gave her a complimentary confetti pancake. I thought that was great! I LOVED the French Toast & bacon, however the scrambled eggs were just bland and dry. My boozy coffee could have been a bit stronger but all in all, delicious!

Gailey's Breakfast Cafe offers a delicious breakfast menu with generous portion sizes and friendly service. The historic building adds to the charm of the place. The eggs benedict might be slightly overcooked for some, but the whole hog omelet is a definite hit. The food was good, but not great. The Denver omelet was a healthy version, not too salty or greasy. The pancakes were just right, though not too fluffy for some. The service was nice, and the Blood Mary was good. While prices have increased over the years, the quality and service remain excellent, reminiscent of the cafe's founders. A must-visit breakfast spot in Springfield.
