cold food and hour and a half after being ordered. Constant excuses. poor service
I don't get by very often but when I do the food is always top notch. Today's visit was no exception. Alicia was our waitress and was very attentive to every detail.
Yesterday my family and I went to Texas Roadhouse for a birthday dinner. We waited 45+ minutes even though we called ahead. Once we were all settled, had our appetizers and drinks the waitress came by and took all of our drinks away due to being under a boil order and gave us bottled water. No other tables did this, just our group. Every other table in our section kept their drinks. When our food arrived my steak was burnt, and my husband's was rare when he asked for medium.
