Got the berry tarte and it is delicious and filling. Very heavy but light and delicate at the same time. If you like strawberries, blueberries and raspberries grab this before they are gone. Wish they would make a cream cheese one though!

Picked up a load there yesterday and only took an hour to load 31 pallets. They have a cafe on the premises and food was terrific. Reasonable price. Staff was very friendly

Been there twice the food is top notch!The French dip was fantastic with the French bread and the cheese, the firecracker chicken was fantastic too the place is easy to get in and out of, plenty of seating.going to try the order for take out next.A good experience, it has made it on my regular schedule.

Several years ago I gave this place 5 stars. Pre-Covid I'd go about once a month. I've been to the Ladue location a few time during Covid and was impressed how hard they were working to keep up the quality. I was excited to return to this location, and while I know Covid has hit all restaurants hard and I want to give the benefit of the doubt, my experience this week was very disappointing - long wait, order missing ingredients, they no longer have lattes and it didn't come close to feeling like the former place. So, come for the sweets, eat the bread, support local businesses, but just know that something is missing here.

I spontaneously stopped by this local bakery I have driven by for years, but never tried until today! I'm so glad I did!! I'm currently sitting at my kitchen table eating the Reuben I ordered to-go which comes on a pretzel bun, with beer cheese, sauerkraut and corned beef. I am an Irish girl who is a tough crowd on Rubens, but this sandwich is so good!!!!!I also impulsively purchased a gooey butter cake and banana chocolate chip bread pudding to take home. ? Additionally, at check out I was given a free tasty croissant-like cinnamon roll! I would call that a very successful trip and I look forward to sharing this place with others!

OMG I would have to say that the staff at Companion is the friendliest!! There was an error with the online ordering, I called them they immediately corrected it. When I went in they offered pleasant conversation and friendly smiles. Overall definitely made the visit worthwhile. I haven't even tasted my food yet but smiles make everything taste delicious!

Impressive food place, looks like the cafeteria of a bread factory :)) Sandwiches read amazing on the menus but execution could be tweaked. Staff was so nice, that is why i gave this 5 stars, pretty sure visiting more often they will get better with the execution.

Nothing like the smell of fresh baking bread as you eat breakfast
The space itself is really gorgeous. It’s airy and spacious. It’s clean and bright. The floor to ceiling windows look into the bakery itself, which is awesome. I had the avocado toast #5. The quality was damn good. The bread was clearly fresh and it was well-prepared. Also, the staff was so sweet and friendly.

This place is amazing. Incredible food, environment, and staff. I got the brioche breakfast sandwich and it was so good. The prices are really reasonable here too. It's a great place to go with people or alone to get some work done in a great environment.

I paid 10 dollars for a pan of cheesecake brownies. The staff told me it was fresh and made that day. Opened it up and it was stale and hard. All my kids spit it out and we tossed it. Maybe the ownership changed. It was a premium place before Covid.

I used to love this place.Since Covid they closed for about a year, after reopening the food has gone south. Bread isnt as good, less meat on the sandwiches, the little bites they offer for the sack lunches have gotten smaller. Unfortunately i will probably not go there any longer. not sure if ownership changed or what happened, it is not as good as it used to be.
