I was having a terrible day, and arrived only to realize I had placed my order at a different location. The nice young man at the register quickly prepared a new order for me and gave it to me with a smile, saying "Some store will get the money, and you've had a bad day" as he refused to let me pay again. I started to cry! I had the southwest salad bowl. The jasmine rice was the right choice! Soooo good! Service gets 10 out of 10!
**Update 2023: Haven't been back in a while my wife and I quit going, my favorite chef left and the food quality has gone down hill, to the point we get sick when we eat there. At the other location my parents were served raw chicken once* (this was 5 years ago . . . Inside was recently redone, very friendly crew, recommended a gift card to pick up free money, since I eat their a lot. Not open on Sundays which stinks.)
