Placed an online order for pickup. Was worried it will be the same experience as other locations - where the bowls are almost just half-full. Pleased to have actual decent volume of food when we opened our food.
Food is always great. They make a hefty bowl here. The staff is wonderful. I'm disabled and they went out of their way to carry my to go order and hold the doors for me without me even asking.

Food is usually correct and serving size is consistent and fair. But online orders are never ready on time. The app says the order is ready for pickup but it never is. I typically have to wait 10-15 minutes for them to make my order after I’ve arrived and found the shelf empty. Makes ordering online useless as it takes less time to get in line and order once I’m already there.
