“Weds Jan 10th...1030am.Just came thru drive thru and got 2 pot pies...OMG these are the BEST ever made at this location. Crust perfect, juicy and full of filling. Tastes like made with love... me and hubby agree. Amazing job had to do a review.“
“They didn't have the kind of chicken I wanted ready. The cashier at drive thru worked with me to figure out what they did have that would work for me. Then had to wait because needed to cook more chicken. But got everything I needed on Christmas Eve. Thanks for being open and making the food I wanted.“
“I was at/in the drive-thru on 9-27-23 restaurant/store number #J625148. I ordered the hot wings combo the server told me it would be a 15 minute wait at 5:21pm. And did I mind the wait. " U stated no i don't mine the wait." The server told me to pull to the drive thru window so I may pay for my order. The cashier nor the server told me how much my order was and ask me to pull forward and someone would bring my order out. As I sat in my vehicle waiting a whole twenty minutes and still hadn't got my meal. I got out my vehicle and lock the doors. I went in the restaurant and waited until someone ask me if they could help me. I told the server that I was waiting on my order. The female server ask me what had i ordered. I stated the hot wings combo. The other employees where walking around like a chicken with it's head cut off. The female server began to look to see where my order was. She asked another server to hand her a hot wings box. I guess at this point she must have been trying to put my order together. She asked me what sauces I needed and handed me my meal after thirty minutes of waiting. Please we need to do better at this KFC.“
“3 people in da store which is the employees ? ? ? Dude still get order wrong and he was da manager. Other 2 employees was cool the manager made them look bad.How you telling us you don't put the sauce on the saucey chicken nuggets you advertising.“
“The food is always fresh, but 3 of the 4 times I went my order was incorrect. A bunch of the workers was outside the building. The inside is not a place I would want to eat. While it's new inside, it didn't seem cleaning up was a priority, but to be fair, they were pretty busy.“
“Not finger licking good anymore. Was ok at best. 4 stars because the service was actually really good and nice. Just the food hurts the stomach anymore. Never use to I wander if the recipe changed or if it's just personal...you try it and if I am wrong please let me know so I can correct my opinion I appreciate it“
“So I went to the Drive Through and it took like 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge me over the speaker. I had waited so long that I was actually pulling off when I finally heard someone spoke and I literally had to back up to the speaker to order. Other than that hiccup the food was delicious and hot. But service was lacking in the time I had to wait.“
