“This location is a little different. It has all my favorites. But this time, they offered fish sandwiches. I dont like fish, but I purchased 2 sandwiches for my family members who did. They loved it. They said it was the tarter sauce and pickles that made all the difference. But the fish was the best of all fast food they have tried. And believe me, these two are foodies. It was crisp, tender, and flavorful . And not fishy tasting , but mild . So I'll take their word for it. They don't know a pot from a pan in the kitchen. Next time i visit and it will be soon i will give it a try. And I hate fish any kind. I'm a chef and have tried it all. 1 star to 5 star restaurants to Mississippi cat fish on the banks. No, thank you. But I'm convinced Popeyes fish is worth trying again.“

“I’m giving this such a high rating bc the girl who helped us went above and beyond; she deserves 5 stars. The restaurant needs some tlc for sure, plywood on the windows and the speaker doesn’t work so the line was being held up as orders payments and food hand-off was all at one window. If you can hire a staff like the young lady who was running food to cars and taking orders while preparing bags; customers will be in great hands.Also it costs 80 dollars for my family to dine here tonight so I don’t see many future visits.“
“It was a big brown grown up roach going in and out of the back of the cash register that faces the customer and when my husband told the manager and staff they did nothing about it..They said it's none of their business and the manager said "oh it is " and that was that. She asked the cashier to give her a napkin to get it and she declined.My husband said we'll be going to the Ferguson location from now on.“
“Great food. Mostly professional courtesy from staff. Never rude workers. Fast service. Still haven't seen inside open to public yet @ Affton store.Wheelchair accessibility: Didn't see ramp entry in parking. Walk-in is never open when I go.“
“Only 2 cars in Drive Thru and the wait was ridiculously long. Once I got to the window, the practice was to park on the sideline and they would bring out your food. Issue, they waited to bring multiple orders out at one time for the not so patient customers who may ave received their order in 1l5 minutes versus 5.Parking: Ample parking however.with their waiting process, makes it difficult to find a parking spot without getting pinned in.“
“I love love love this Popeyes the workers are always polite and respectful to me I don’t wait hours for food I believe most of the customers are RACIST that writes these review because it’s majority African Americans work there some days they don’t have everything you may order they do try to accommodate you the managers do a great job trying to make sure your satisfied before you leave and if something isn’t right they will definitely fix it“
“They only had three people, but they were focused on the service and the food. They were talking, and what they were saying was all about helping people get their food and making sure they were cooking up the right food to fill the orders. They were grown-ups and treated me and the chicken and themselves with respect. A lot of Popeyes around here have a couple of kids trying to get you away from them one handed with a phone in the other hand. Not here, not today.It was really busy here with the drive through. The lady at the counter greeted me and said she would be right with me as she helped out the drive-through customers. Here I was asked, "How can I help you?" I ordered a spicy combo. She came back and said "We don't have a spicy wing, would a leg be ok?" I said "As long as it's spicy I'm good." Like I said, respect, service, communication, all delivered.I bit into the chicken and the hot spicy crunchy juicyness that you can only get at a good Popeyes blissed me out. I took small bites so that it wouldn't burn my lips until it cooled off enough to wolf it down. You know what I'm talking about. The red beans and rice were right too.I hope when you come here that the crew that was on today is on when you get here.“
“Staff were SUPER friendly and helpful! There is a young lady that was working the counter. She was so nice , organized, and seemed like she really enjoys her job and the rest of the crew seemed to work as a family with her. Not mentioning her Name for safety. Me and my sister went and picked up food for the family and it was a pleasant experience! ☺ we will for sure be back!“
“Wow! Just wow! Staying nearby on our way to Memphis and since we don’t have a Popeyes near us I really wanted to check it out. We were greeted in the parking lot by the most welcoming employee who engaged with us, asking where we were visiting from, what did we like to eat…the next thing we knew it was like we were family. Anthony (Tony) could not have been a kinder man, phenomenal customer service and honestly I don’t know how any other fast food experience will EVER be able to match him. Popeyes is unbelievably lucky to have such a sweet, kind, friendly, welcoming employee. THANK YOU TONY! We will never forget you!“
