Hey Starbucks Baristas- please stop filing the to-go drive-through cups to the brim for got coffee! It's a mess in the car!Plus lately, your coffee is so darn HOT I have to take the lid off to let it cool off for 10+ minutes before I can even sip it so it really spills everywhere!I used to enjoy the fact that Starbucks seemed to get the temp of their hot coffee just right so it could be sipped enjoyably right away. Now it's always like a McDonald's lawsuit waiting to happen.

This is literally the Starbucks I go to when I want to remember why I go to smaller coffee places over this. 37min for a counter order and it was not only wrong but cold. Had no time to make them fix or refund it as I was already late. THIRTY SEVEN MINUTES! I could have driven to Schnucks bought the concentrate, driven and home and made it myself faster. Also whoever designed the parking lot it's not half the size it needs to be
