“Very cute little venue.. we just ended up taking our drinks to go.The barista was very friendly, but was either trained incorrectly or not long enough. She did not make the iced mocha correctly, and she gave me coffee that she said was medium roast; but I believe it was dark because it was incredibly bitter and strong. The cookie we ordered was good, however I believe it would have been better served hot. All in all, a very cute little coffee shop. But maybe they need to go over an employee review on how to properly make their coffee.“
“Gateway Coffee Company is a nice coffee shop. Their coffee they get from Crimson Coffee in Columbus, OH, and their pastries are from a local pastries store. The coffee cake muffins we had were intriguing as they had a salty external layer that was actually nice to the taste buds. I gave it a four star because the coffee and food were good, but there is no kitchen, and nothing is actually made by Gateway Coffee., still a solid place to stop at and pick up a coffee or tea.“

The sweet coupled with the juicy sweet-tart grapefruit was perfect! Give it a try! The chocolate chunk cookies, just have your milk ready! The staff make it a bit difficult (in a good way) in picking out a treat. Knowledgable of their products and friendly. I so wanted to do the Kevin Hart line of, "Let me get them all," while attempting to pick just one! I promise you, you will find something yummy to cure your sweet tooth on your first visit!“
“This is a wonderful shop. I tried the Columbia GuavaBanana pour-over and, I must say, it was the best tasting coffee I have ever had. I was able to taste light notes of banana and citrus. While it was delicious, paying almost $8.00 for a cup off coffee may not be worth it for everyone. However, if you enjoy high quality coffee, please check this spot out! I am going to try their lattes next.“
“In the Grove across from Urban Chestnut lies a cute newish Latin coffee shop with soft Spanish music playing, clean and welcoming aesthetics, helpful baristas who answered all our questions about the menu, interesting art hun onnthe walls, and even more amazing coffee and treats. I had the Turtle Mocha to drink and it was delicious, along with a strawberry pie that was perfectly sweet and probably would have been even better if I had asked to get it slightly warmed up. My friend had the white tea and had a whole little tea pot to herself, which I loved, and tried the veggie empanada, which she said was the best she's had in St. Louis so far. Great experience.“

“We had a late lunch and was soooooo good!! We will be back!! We had boneless wings with hot honey sauce on the side, spicy chicken tenders combo and smash burger combo! Food was good and hot! The scoop fries with rolling sauce was delish. Boneless chicken wings were wonderful as was all of it! We also had the Berry blast rolled ice cream and it was just as pictured and so creamy and scrumptious!! The restaurant is very clean, fun decor, and the staff is just the nicest and sweetest ever! So very friendly!!“

I can't even begin to describe the richness, freshness, and moistness of all their products. You just have to try it for yourself! They also serve lots of fun flavors, with both classic and rotating options. Confetti is my absolute favorite classic flavor, and Cookie Dough is my go-to seasonal flavor. Additionally, The Cup makes cupcakes that are safe for dogs, which my labradoodle absolutely loves. The employees are always very friendly, and I especially appreciate how patient they are with me when I'm feeling indecisive about my tough decisions! “On a sunday it was pretty busy but still the service was reasonably quick. The tropical smoothie was delicious, espresso not so much, it wasn't a great tasting coffee. The place is really nice, relaxed, with tables both inside and outside to chill in a sunny afternoon. Prices for coffee are a little high compared to other coffee houses in the area, but enjoying your coffee sitting outside in the sun is worth it.“
