“The service here is great, however, the food quality control is questionable. I ordered a Mexican pizza and a crunchy taco supreme to-go. I opened it up when I got home for dinner. The taco was good, but the Mexican pizza was spoiled. The tortilla shell was rancid and tasted like stale cardboard. It was noticeably past its expiration date. I threw the whole thing out, since it was inedible and I didn’t want to get food poisoning.
I went back the next day after speaking with the manager that day and she said to come in and they will provide a new Mexican pizza. I was able to get another Mexican pizza that tasted delicious and was not spoiled.“

Sarah not only read my order back to me for accuracy at the box, but at the window she even told me she included extra sauce and forks in my bag before I could ask for them! She provided excellent customer service and I really appreciated her friendly personality!“
“The best taco bell I’ve had in a long time. Whoever was working the kitchen and the drive-thru on Tuesday 4/28/26 at 3pm, give them raises. All the nacho fries I’ve ever had were dry and stale. The cheese sauce it comes with was always cold or room temperature. But this time, the fries were lightly crispy on the outside, and fluffy and soft on the inside. I had never had it this way before and I regret not ordering a large. This was the first time I ever got the cheese sauce warm. I ordered 6 crunchy tacos too. I’m so annoyed I couldn’t get home sooner because it probably would’ve tasted better. But even after getting home in 15 minutes, the tacos were all consistently made. Usually when you get tacos from Taco Bell, the meat is never consistent. Some have a lot, some have a little, some aren’t even evenly distributed in the taco. All 6 of these tacos were perfectly made. AND the most important part, they didn’t forget my sauce. A lot of times, I’ll order through the app and clearly put how much sauce I need. And every Taco Bell location either forgets the sauce, gives too much, or gives the wrong one. This location and those employees gave me the exact amount and type of sauce I wanted. Finally, fast food employees who does their job and actually reads the order and fulfills it perfectly. I hope if I go back to this location, the standard will still be the same. Even the drive thru attendant was nice and polite, and spoke clearly at the intercom, unlike the other Taco Bell employees who are so rude, who dont enunciate knowing it’s hard for customers to hear them through the intercom, and don’t even smile or hand you your food properly. So rare to find a Taco Bell where the employees actually do a great job.“

“I went while they were slammed, long lines and the drive through mic was broken so we had to order through the window. It was a bit of a wait, but the cashier (Juannua) was great! She apologized for the delay, offered a free drink, and was generally very polite and pleasant. After I started eating my tacos I realized they were absolutely the most stuffed tacos I have ever seen come out of a taco bell, way better than any I've had at any other taco bell in the past 15 years. “Every single time I order something with NO SOUR CREAM, they always put it on. Like some employees don’t understand what NO SOUR on the order screen means. And if you order $40+ worth of food delivered, something will be forgotten to get made but you definitely get charged for it. The delivery service does credit back the mistake to b fair, and Taco Bell is still really delicious.“
“We stopped at this Taco Bell on the way home and noticed a picture of a purple baja splash on the menu. My daughter has never seen a purple one so when we pulled up to the drive through window I asked what flavor was the purple drink. Mykel was working the window and told us it's passion fruit. Next thing we know, she poured us a cup to sample and handed it to us with our order. Good sales technique! Excellent service. And she was extremely friendly!“
“The food was great! Exactly how you want it. The manager was really nice and checked on us. We are inside and there was a table with a bunch of ants on it, but only the one table. It was very odd we went to the other side of the dining room to find a booth missing a leg. I'm not sure how that happens but we moved again and the rest of the visit was good. Even had to use the changing table which seems cleaned recently.“

“I'm not sure why everyone is giving bad ratings I mean fast food has a lot of pressure and sometimes mistakes are made. Especially from the night crew people who would normally turn certain guests away are still hospitable despite what other people might choose to judge I appreciate their kindness and respect and honestly never been to a Taco Bell that people weren't rude trying to maintain boundaries even when they have to enforce a rule they're still kind and polite and respectful like we're all human not a very popular trait Taco Bell's I visited in the past Thank you guys Zoe said he appreciate you too ...Josh deshia the night manager and well they know who they are.“

“Update...this is the only Taco Bell to frequent in South City if you want correct orders that don't take over an hour and likely screw up.
Update 2/7. Don't waste your time going to Grand if you want your order correct in a timely fashion. Yet again, ordered online, the app said my order was ready, and I was through the drive thru in under a minute. Why waste an hour of your time at the other Taco Hell on Grand. Grand gives zero F's

The service between the poopstains at S Grand and this location is mind blowing.
To be clear, the following account pertains to a different location on S Grand.
I waited over an hour and 15 minutes for an order placed on the app at S Grand. They told me to come inside when I gave them my name and said I ordered on the app in drive thru. A worker asked names for orders. They told me mine wasn't ready. At the 45 minute mark of waiting inside, I'm like I need to work tomorrow! I can't wait an hour for food. They're like we didn't get your order..
Well ya'll told me to come inside and checked my order status a while after. Another 30 minutes till I got my food.
This Kingshighway location, I arrived and departed with my food in 5 minutes. I was taking an extended break from S Grand location due to too many abysmal experiences, but I wanted to give them a chance at redemption. Guess S Grand needs to be bulldozed / condemned / burned down. Lost cause with management last doesn't give 1/4 of the bathroom experiences that can follow the food.“
“For real the best Taco Bell I’ve ever had at 230am. Great service. Food was all fresh and made very well. Was really fast as well Mexican pizza was on point and not all sloppy and all over the box. I guess this is what Taco Bell is meant to taste like. It was awesome“
“After visiting three different Taco Bell locations in the North County area and having a terrible experience at each one — missing items and drive-thru customer service that was honestly a negative 10 — I was beyond frustrated.
Then I came to Taco Bell, and it completely turned things around.
This location had everything in stock and was able to make our full order with no issues at all, which was a huge relief. On top of that, the customer service was night and day compared to the other spots — friendly, efficient, and actually welcoming.
The food came out fresh, accurate, and exactly how we wanted it. You can tell this team takes pride in doing things right.

“This side of St. Louis is wild, and probably the craziest Taco Bell experience I've ever had...but I'm not even mad lol. Bless that lady that was taking our orders in the drive-thru because she did a great job at getting me exactly what I wanted, even though everyone outside was being so loud and obnoxious. The food was good and the service was great, but y'all can keep that St. Louis life over there. It's much cleaner and more peaceful where I live almost 500 miles away. 😂😂“
“I can't speak for the customer service, this was the first time I went to this tbell I went though the drive thru at midnight the woman working and I exchanged maybe three words altogether since I did a mobile order but whoever made my food deserves to hit all green lights on their way home. I got a cheesy gordita crunch subbed beans for beef and a spicy potato soft taco and not only was it made right both tacos were FILLED they were like ART I didn't know it was possible for a spst to be that full and somehow not fall apart. Everything was even wrapped carefully not just thrown together. Probably the best tbell I've had in idk how long my day was saved“
“Shout out to Josie and the crew that was there at 1am this morning! We just got home from 14-hour flight from Japan and were starving. I placed our order online as we left the airport, but forgot to change the time we'd be at the restaurant. I called and I'm assuming it was Josie who answered (got her name from my receipt) - she was so sweet and accommodating and said she'd hold the order until closer to 1am. When we pulled in, they were in the process of making our order. The food was hot, fresh, and they definitely didn't skimp on the portions!
