“I visited this location the order day for a rapid pick up order. Although it was my fault I chose the wrong location lol. The staff was extremely supportive and helpful. The manager lady on duty WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND, to search where my order was, she even apologized multiple times (although it was my fault). The next day I stopped in the drive thru and she REMEMBERED me! She wanted to make sure everything was squared away to bring closure to the situation.Kuddos to this manager (forgot to get her name) but great job on running this store and the leadership shows through your team!“
“Getting to the restaurant was difficult. It seemed that Panera was an afterthought in this location, and signage is poor. The restaurant is very well hidden. The parking lot is very small, and was full. The restaurant itself was about half full. Again, maybe it was an afterthought. The lot was so small, in fact, that I worried that this was a carry-out-only location.The restaurant was clean. Beverages were stocked. Disposal and return of trash, trays, and silverware was easy. The trash cans were not overflowing, the tray and silverware areas had recently been emptied.Service was maybe a bit reluctant. It was as if I had to push them to do their job. Maybe serving us was an inconvenience?The food was OK. My only comment is that, if food is not happily and proudly prepared, the taste suffers.Listening to the tone of the other diners, I think they were more mechanical than happy. We ate and got the heck out of there. I never felt that the staff enjoyed their job, or that they were welcoming. I guess it is inconvenient to have to work.I did not enjoy my visit. Something was off. I believe it was the attitude of the staff. I have never before eaten at this location, and it has been several years since I have eaten at any StL Bread Co. After this, I suspect it will be some years before I consider returning. It isn't so much that the experience was terrible as that I can have a better experience at many other restaurants. Why go somewhere for an OK experience, when there are good and great experiences to be had, many other places? Would I return to this location? “My company, MARIS, held a dinner four our retiring CEO on Friday evening and it was absolutely wonderful! I worked with Jade in planning the event and she was very responsive and helpful. She and Jasmin took care of all the attendees and provided superb service. Our food was excellent and the room was set just as planned. I would highly recommend Bishop’s Post for your next event. “First of all, let me say our server, Morgan, is the BOMB!! While the restaurant isn't very spacious, Morgan was kicking butt and taking names! Great server!! We stopped by Tuesday morning and were lucky enough to find a table. The place was packed, and I'd read the reviews, so I hoped I had found a great place for breakfast!It was delicious. The menu is extensive, offering something for everyone! I ordered half French toast and asked for extra crispy hash browns with onions. Perfection. Mom had biscuits, eggs, and said the eggs were cooked exactly to her liking. Our friend had a breakfast quesadilla and loved it! The portions were ample and despite how busy the diner was, our food was served quickly!Morgan kept our drinks full (a big deal forus) and was very friendly. We felt like regulars! Can't wait to visit again on our next trip to Saint Charles!“

“Service was horrible, took us to our seat, waited 15 min then other people were seated around us, waited 10 more min. All the time they were taking g orders from people that came after us, had wave down a server. Then waited another 10 min just to order, never came fill up drinks or ask if we needed bread sticks or anything. Food was good Service was a joke“
“I used McSmith's Kitchen & Catering for my friend's bridal shower. They had the perfect option for the number of people we were hosting and it was significantly cheaper than most of the other places we had checked out. The people I dealt with were super friendly & offered delivery to the event. They have some of the best gooey butter cake I've ever had & their salads and pasta salad were raved on by the guests at the shower. I highly recommend and would use them again!“
“I come here all the time and the food is usually always good. Over time like with everything else stuff gets more expensive and you get less. I found only 2 black olives in the big salad. There were 5 adults so even 1 person 2 olives WAS NOT ENOUGH!!I honestly was looking forward to the margarita chicken. Was soooo disappointed for the almost $21 it cost. I should have sent it back. I don't know what kind of chicken it was but it wasn't chicken breast. It was tough to cut with a knife. Plus it looked like they took 1 piece of chicken and cut it into 2 pieces. They need to bring the Flatbread back!!?“
