“Patricia is absolutely a seasoned professional and proficient at guest experience. She noticed that my wife really wanted table service after we were told by the host…? that only the bar was open. She sat us at a table after she inquired what we preferred based on us looking at a menu. (We didn’t ask for a table she perceived and made the offer. It made my wife smile!)
Her service was attentive and prompt and accurate. I could tell that she tried to get another server to pick up the table, ( she said I’ll get someone to take care of yall) she ultimately was our server. I noticed the manager not attending to guests yet walking around drinking a Diet Coke. He made eye contact with me and then immediately about faced to the BOH. I really wanted to commend the singer picking up the extra set when we arrived but I didn’t have that opportunity because he didn’t talk to guests, not even the party of about 6-7 business folks in the dining room our entire visit. Patricia was hospitable, kind, perceptive, and a true pro. For my first visit to the coast I’m down for places like this. Thank you Patricia and best of luck in your future endeavors. Sapphire Supper Club is a win tonight because of her. Cheers!”

“Upscale Asian place located inside casino at Beau Rivage. Service was excellent and attentive. Fresh towels before and after meal, refilling drinks, and checking up frequently. Dining room was very nice and elegant although it was a bit noisy. Food took a while to come out but was worth the wait. Menu was very eclectic with Vietnamese, traditional Chinese, noodles, sushi, and hibachi. There is a main dining room with a noodle bar and sushi bar up front. Hibachi grills in back. Almost seems like the restaurant can not decide what it is, and caused mild confusion when ordering. I.e. Can I order noodles from noodle menu? I should have asked but we ordered from the traditional dining menu anyway. Overall a great place for date night or dinner and show at casino. Just make sure you have a reservation. Got very crowded very fast once they opened.”

“End of February 2025! 1st time trying the restraunt while staying here in this Doubletree Hotel that I've been to a few times in the last 2 years when visiting for work as well as personal. Great food, definitely appreciate the portions served. I was pleasantly surprised how generous the portions served were. Shout out to my waitress/ bartender Ashley and Chef Drew for providing such a great dining experience. Ashley was very welcoming, patient, helpful and accommodating. I arrived around 20 minutes before closing and still treated me w/ grace and respect. I appreciate not feeling rushed.”

“Pretty good coffee! They have decaf and alternative milk options. They have a decent array of syrups. My only critic is my latte was really hot, like felt like 160°. Great for people who love really hot drinks, but I prefer 120° at the most. Still, the decaf espresso seems really good and I had butter pecan added in. Their large drinks are a good size, they seem like 30oz or more. $9 in total for alternative milk and syrup added large latte. There was no line at the time I went (7pm)”

“The tapas are all amazing. It's a little frustrating they won't give you a to go container for them if you can't finish what you've ordered. I hate being wasteful. If they're trying to limit during their half off, then they should just do a limit of like 2 tapas per customer or something and allow people to take ehat they can't finish with, so as not to create a ton of waste. But aside from that the food is delicious and I would still recommend this place. Just go knowing that you'll prob only want to order one tapas item, or 2 depending on how much food you can handle. The service is decent and the view is lovely.”

Has become one of our favorite places to eat in the Biloxi/Gulport area on our annual trips here. Hint: the shrimp omelet. Good omelet to start wtih, stuffed with more shrimp than some more expensive "shrimp dishes" I've paid more for.”

I should have told him it was crap but I'd been up since 4am, my feet were hurting and I just didn't have it in me so I paid too much for my cheap vodka drink and I even tipped good ol Jer for his attempt.”

“Our family came in for lunch this past wednesday. My husband was in uniform and they put in the military discount without us asking. We only spent $55 for 6 people which is really great. Our food came out crazy fast and it was absolutely delicious. Our kids can be picky but all four loved their food. My "neuro-spicy" son was having a hard time at first, and the workers tried so hard to make him happy, it was sweet. They made sure he got his plain waffle and even offered him a brownie. Tripp and Tyree, thank you so much for your hospitality! Even afterwards our kids kept commenting on how nice you both were. We will definitely be back.”

“This felt like a hurry up and eat place, but the food was very good. We ate lobsters until we could not eat lobsters anymore. The salad bar had an excellent broccoli salad that made the lobsters taste even better. Be sure to go on nights when they have the lobsters. They are very good.”

I had ordered several cheesesticks with extra cheese from an incredibly thoughtful employe. I'd rather not identify him but if this situation comes up internally I want to credit him by going above and beyond to accommodate me. Something rarely seen in this world of drone employees.

This review is important because I tried to order extra cheese later and the woman told me she couldn't do it. If thats true it makes me regret telling on him and much more greatful for what he did. This review is for his performance not hers. I will be sure to follow up with him and if he gets in trouble for helping me I will never order from this papa johns again.”
