“One of my favorite restaurants! Everything is spot on-- the atmosphere, the service, the incredible food! I love that the menu is somewhat small, so you know they've really honed in and perfected those dishes, and I love that they offer weekly specials that are always so fun and exciting! Recently I had the kale caesar chicken sandwich special, and it was incredible! Like make you do a happy dance good! I loooove their burger, garlic rosemary fries, crab beignets, the kale caesar salad (who knew kale could be so good?!), the fried green tomato BLT... basically everything there is AMAZING! Their cocktail menu is quite impressive, too. I highly recommend this restaurant for date night, girls night, brunch... or just whenever you want a delicious meal.”

“She has the best Philly on the coast, and honestly the rest of her menu blows most places around here out of the water. I love the seasoned fries with her cooking. I never have had a bad experience and the food is always exactly what I wanted and more. Her prices are a steal not a deal, and I’m more than happy to pay for authentic food cooked with love. I’d call ahead if you didn’t want to wait 10 mins as it’s only her working her magic cooking, but sometimes I just sit outside and enjoy the wait. SHE ALWAYS SAYS THE WAITS A HOT MINUTE BUT IT NEVER IS LOL. She cooks fast. WHEN YOU GO BRING CASH TIP. She deserves it. Thanks for sharing your wonderful food with us. !”

“This was the second time coming here, and it was not a disappointment! We had oysters, gumbo, Ceasars salad, and shrimp tacos, and to top it off, we finished with bread pudding.The servers we fantastic and the atmosphere was perfect. Would definitely recommend to friends and families.The only thing I would say is I wish the tortillas for the tacos were bigger!!!!”

“Dan and Aunt Lou Lou are the salt of the earth. Never felt so home in a bar. Jeffro does the best Joe Cocker music covers. The bar dog is Bruno and he stole my heart. You need to stop in here and say hello to the best fine bar around.”

“Long Beach Market & Deli has an amazing chill vibe. You can grab a beer from their fridge, order some food, and hang out.I tried their Korean BBQ/Bulgogi over steamed white rice w/ spring mix, fried onion rings & an egg roll. It's surprisingly spicy so if you like spicy, this dish is for you!”

“Unfortunately I have to be a bit negative, but there were positives. Not sure if it's normal but you pick your own seating. It took 15 minutes or more to get drinks and food ordered, it seemed longer. The food did arrive quickly. Wife got a cheeseburger and fries. She wasn't impressed. It was greasy and not flavorful except it was hamburger. My experience was better. I had breakfast, 2 eggs, bacon, hash browns and 2 pancakes. Fyi, the hash browns come with onions so beware, the waitress did let me know that. Phew, not into onions for breakfast. Everything was cooked exactly how I like breakfast, yum. My wife wanted a dessert to share, we got the Mississippi mud pie. It has a pecan crust, small cream cheese layer, next is chocolate cream, then whipped topping. You'd think it should be cool to cold but was apparently microwaved. Ugh. Once we got past the warm outer part it was much better cool. We were told the beignets are the best around outside of New Orleans but didn't try them ourselves. The atmosphere was quaint like you'd want from a local restaurant. Plenty of decor inside and out to match the name. It was mostly clean inside and out. I did get a little sticky something on my hand from pulling the chair out (syrup I'm guessing). There seemed to be enough parking for the restaurant size. I'd go back for breakfast:). Prices were a bit high, but for mid February 2024, sadly it's what we all deal with.”

“The owner went out of his way to help feed the Picayune Junior High School School Fast Pitch Softball Team, when they were playing in Long Beach. Great food and service. Do not pass this place by!”

“Staff here is always in a great mood and very friendly. Their smoothies are so good, the Chocolate strawberry dipped smoothie is amazing. Definitely a good spot to hit after a workout or swim in the pool.”

“Coastal Daq is such a fun addition to LB! I love the lemonade daiquiri-- not too sweet, just the right amount of tart! They are always crowded, but service is still so good. They usually have a live band on the weekends too. Atmosphere is super fun, and they have great outdoor seating!”
