The chicken is always good, but the customer service is terrible. I saw so many people just walk out because they were taking so long to take their orders. The staff needs to be refreshed and regrouped.
We stopped in here on a Monday when other restaurants were closed. Man, great decision. The chicken was fresh, as were the side dishes. The line outside and inside let us know this was a local favorite and it did not disappoint. Even with the long wait, the staff was friendly and made sure we got what we wanted. It was fun watching staff interact with the local people they knew. Smiling faces, tasty chicken. This will definitely be on the radar for future visits.
