This place is always great as is the service. Their prices are more than fair for the portion size they serve and the food itself is always good. My favorite here is Country Fried Steak with Mashed Taters & Gravy. If your in the Laurel area around lunchtime, it is well worth the drive out Highway 84 West to the Calhoun Community to eat here.
Great service, ordered the jumbo hamburger fully dressed basket with crinkle fries and two onion rings. The kids got chocolate milk shakes. Everything was incredible and it was ready super fast. It is definitely a dairy bar with a home feel.

This was an out of the beaten path. Just like the old tastee freeze restaurants used to be. Good food for a reasonable price. If I lived here, would go again. Great cheese ? curds and onion rings. If I could would give more than 5 stars.
