Floor was so greasy that i had to hold my wifes hand and pull her like she was skiing to the table. The food was hot and good but they left several items off our order. The guy taking our order was a mouth breather with a dead look in his eyes.

I would choose Wendy's burgers over some other fast food places. However, I noticed that at the drive thru at the first window, the person who took my payment failed to say thank you, and at the pickup window, that person didn't utter a word. Personally, I think customer service in general has gotten extremely poor. Is customer service a matter of importance nowadays, yes or no?

They have okay food, but I just don't like the service and attitudes I get sometimes. A few times that I've visited along with the last visit, I get poor customer service. On more than a few occasions I wished the drive thru workers to have a good day and thank them for handing me my food, but in return they just rolled their eyes and shut the sliding door in my face.
