In my experience the quality has diminished alongside the friendliness over the last 3 years or so, but still able to get lunch relatively quickly!

Floor was so greasy that i had to hold my wifes hand and pull her like she was skiing to the table. The food was hot and good but they left several items off our order. The guy taking our order was a mouth breather with a dead look in his eyes.

I would choose Wendy's burgers over some other fast food places. However, I noticed that at the drive thru at the first window, the person who took my payment failed to say thank you, and at the pickup window, that person didn't utter a word. Personally, I think customer service in general has gotten extremely poor. Is customer service a matter of importance nowadays, yes or no?
We were in the drive-through for 26 minutes after we ordered our food. Then they gave us the wrong sandwich and everything was cold!

Worst Wendy's I've ever been to. The food was overcooked buns were smashed but worse than that closet where cleaning supplies were kept was left open for any child to have access to. The bathrooms were awful I had to leave to go somewhere else to use restroom left half my order uneaten.
