Ordered a big king and impossible whopper along with a frozen cherry fanta. The big king was only lettuce cheese and mayo with no meat for some weird reason. And when told the frozen drink machine was down i had asked for a soda instead and eas told by the manager that soda is more expensive so they can't. I am a previous manager at multiple fast food restaurants and know the price of cup,co2,and syrup for a single soda costs at most ten cents. I also was not given my receipt as to even have proof of my purchase at the store, due to the that manager apperantly not caring about customer retention nor service i will not be returning to that location if i even return to burger king at all.

Came in to grab a couple burgers and was helped quickly. Restaurant was really dirty behind the counter, piles of swept up debris and dirt that were just left there for people to walk through and redistribute. Burgers were cold, no napkins, stood at the counter for 5 minutes waiting for someone to ask them if I could have a napkin. Eventually just left.

This is the worst. My food was cold my Burger had hair in it and i was in my car getting my food and there was a guy trying to get into my car. I told a worker and they said he been here doing that for awhile. I said call the police he didn't answer me.

This location is NEVER busy, and yet they somehow always manage to get something wrong or in my case completely ignore items on the order. Better off microwaving a gas station burger

This place is disgusting, Floors were filthy, like they haven't been mopped in months, then the staff were wearing clothes that were just gross. The staff didn't wear hair nets and had long hair. This place needs a deep cleaning!??

Looks like I just waisted another $20 on expired food. chicken has to be at least an 8 hour shift old. Beef pattys and buns are inedible. At least the person taking the order was
Took 10 minutes for anyone to get to the speaker to take our order. When they did, people could be heard laughing in the background. Parked us for our food for well over 15 minutes. Yet, our food was still delivered to us cold?? We were the only ones in the drive thru. The food was good otherwise. They didn’t give us the wrong food for once.This was my first visit in 6 months as I decided to start using other locations because this one is always out of everything, takes forever, 9/10 the food is wrong or missing, and they don’t change their fry oil often enough so anything fried tastes like dirty fish, and the grill/broiler tastes like burnt bits. The fries are also overcooked more often than not.

Went to Burger King got a rodeo Burger. I commented on the price going up. I got a rodeo Burger with barbecue sauce mustard and pickles. Now I know of another Burger King to stay away from.

Food was ice cold, “Whopper” didn’t have any toppings just the patty, chicken sandwich had 2 bottom buns. Overall the order was terrible and service was worse. The staff clearly don’t like working there and it shows.
