I get that food costs are high, hence the no condiments in our drive thru order that weren't requested, but surely napkins should be a given. Good thing that I keep some in my vehicle. On a more positive the food was hot, tasty and prepared well. Those napkins though?
We have always had good service dining in or through the Drive-thru. Food is so good and hot. We had such a nice young gentleman named Calvin that was so sweet. He was such a joy! We thanked him for working. He made our evening!Parking: Plenty of spots all around the restaurant building.

Haven't had much luck with Hardee's in the past as far as service goes. Decided to try it for lunch and breakfast. Service was great food was amazing, hot and tasty. Definitely needs a cleaning up or a remodel but all in all, great place to eat. Biscuits and gravy is really good.
