I ordered food to pick up at the lobby. And when my taco bell app tells me it's ready, then I go to pick it up and have to wait for five cars to go through the drive through, order and get their food. My food was cold and old, it sat there while I could have grabbed it 20 minutes earlier, but instead I had to waste my time in the drive through to get old food. I go to the other taco bell now because their lobby is open. If your lobby is closed you should not accept mobile orders!

In my experience, if you go here anytime after about 8pm, be prepared to wait for your order. I am a Dasher and I have waited for over an hour for my orders, on more than one occasion. During these extremely long waits, there were at least 3 customers who came in because what they were given was not their order. Check your order before you leave the drive-thru!

This location looks newly renovated and has a lot of the cool tech that’s available (ordering via kiosk and dedicated pick up). It’s Taco Bell, but good quality for Taco Bell and they got my order right while also being very nicely packed.
