Bought the Crunchwrap supreme. Took the first bite and along with it came 6 inches of plastic.Called the restaurant first, the girl who answered the phone was one of the rudest people. She not only didn’t give me the time of day to explain the issue, she hung up on me as well.Went in to talk to the manager, same situation. “I only have 3 people, I don’t care”. Gave us our refund but genuinely did not care or talk to his staff about the fact they are putting plastic and who knows what else into your food.Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I can accept mistakes, but I can’t accept rudeness.

20240405 -- just got home from getting food, found that my order was missing the main item for my wife. Called in to try to ask them to take care of me on my next visit (something that they use to do) only to have the person that answered the phone put me on "hold" to talk with someone Else that later identified themselves as a manager. While I could hear them talking he told this person that I was being pissy and didn't want to drive the 20 minutes through the thunder hail storm to get my missing food. He then proceeded to explain that I wanted to receive something for my trouble and the fact that I'm missing a burrito that is $6.50, he followed that up by starting "we don't do that do we". The manager responded that they didn't, to which the guy that answered told her she was going to tell me. After a pause she got in the phone and I immediately told her that I heard their conversation. 100% HORRIBLE customer service was immediately followed by me getting told they were going to do nothing unless I drove back into town. Ultimately she hung up on me after I thanked her for her wonderful customer service in a VERY sarcastic voice. I remember a day when Taco Bell stood by their service and food... "You'll enjoy it or it's on us" Missing the days of caring about these types of things.201609 - Continue to have long wait times, but it is 8:30 am and they are out of sausage. Seem to think it's our fault and pushed back when we asked for steak in its place. Customer service is still #1...00!!! The nearest substitute is 90 miles away ?201602 - While the food is always on par for Taco Bell, they always seem to be moving in slow motion. Takes forever to get food! Used the mobile app and was told we had to check in at the register to get them making it.

The workers are nice, but Jesus Christ open the store and the lobby. The store advertised open til midnight or later and they aren't even open in the middle of the day. They aren't open past 9 pm and they never have the lobby open so the drive thru wait time is almost an hour. Get new management and fix it.

Absolutely disgraceful management. Waited nearly 20 minutes for my order all while listening to the manager screaming her head off at the employees. Mac is incredibly unprofessional and I do not see how Taco Bell could allow such behavior in the management team.

I came in on 3/14/24 and ordered for takeout. I was sitting waiting for my food and the manager Mac came to the front till and started to scream at a high school employee because there was no name on an order. She screamed at this poor young man not only in front of all of the customers but continues to go into the kitchen and scream at him still loud enough that every costumer can hear her! This was disgusting to hear and I felt so bad for this poor kid. This is why people do not want to work at this establishment! I hope she is looked over for employment that was disgusting childish behavior!

This is the most ridiculous service I have ever seen the drive thru employee required us to drive around FOUR times to get the food we wanted, he was rude disrespectful and honestly this single employee has caused me to NEVER return to the the Taco Bell on Montana if I ever choose to go to a Taco Bell it will be across town. This place should reconsider who they hire to run a drive thru because this disrespect was unbelievable and uncalled for. I feel disrespected as a human being and wish other members of the general population could respect their counterparts. Please fire this man.

I called prior to arriving and asked if they had the double decker taco and they said yes. When I arrived, they said that they didn't have it. If I could give zero stars I would have.
