Laurie and Peyton were wonderful, ensuring that we felt at home and among friends, as always at the The Keep. Our dinner items were, as usual, properly prepared, nicely plated, and delicious. We will continue to be "frequent flyers" at this local treasure.”

“I can’t recommend Big Dipper Ice Cream enough! From the moment you walk up, there’s always a fun, lively vibe and the staff is friendly and quick, even when there’s a line. The ice cream itself is absolutely incredible—rich, creamy, and packed with flavor in every bite.

And the huckleberry ice cream is an absolute must-try! It’s the perfect balance of sweet and tart, and really captures that classic Montana flavor. Easily one of the best scoops you’ll find anywhere.

This place is a true local gem—definitely worth stopping by anytime you’re craving a treat! 🍦”

“Cruz Tacos has the BEST tacos in Missoula. I know my tacos, I come from a large metropolitan city where food is top-notch. Well Cruz Tacos is top notch. The Carnitas are scrumptious as well as the pickled vegetables and salsas. The owners are exceptionally kind, friendly and fun. I come here several times a month and every time the food is superb. Thanks Cruz tacos for bringing exceptional food to Missoula. Which in my opinion, is hard to find.”

“My husband and I were at Big Sky today and had the best burritos from Garden City Taqueria! I had Pork asado and he had beef- both were so fresh and had great flavors! Also, the red hot sauce was a little spicy but so addicting! Thank you Alejandro for a perfect lunch to go with our Big Sky beer!🍻”

“Love the atmosphere (outside) and the service was great. The pork and polenta dish was delicous. Pork was crispy and not dry. The polenta could stand on it's own. The salmon dish was delicous. The risotto was a little broken but that might of been because it was raining into the bowl lol. The pesto linguine with bay scallops was disappointing. It lacked depth of flavor and needed way more sauce. It was like a whisper of pesto. Scallops were good quality though.”

“We visited this restaurant as a recommendation from friends. Industrial but classy. Employees all very friendly and accommodating. The menu is a bit pricey but would be a great special occasion place. For apps we had the Crab cakes and bone marrow brushetta, both fabulous. Then we had 2 chickens, cod and bison for dinner, all delicious. Dessert was amaretto cheesecake, wow. Cocktails were all on point and Maur our server was outstanding. I knocked off a star for atmosphere because while beautiful it is a bit noisy. LOVED IT!”

“Great spot with a wonderful vibe. Filling portions that will have you coming back for more! I enjoyed a grilled cheese with bacon with the tomatoe soup. They definitely have a five star chef because the soup and sandwich were magical. The basil oil was a genius touch to the soup. I also had a few bites on my wife's chicken parm and wow. Flavor bomb in my mouth, delicately built to perfection.”

Today was extra special… there was only one employee mani g the store when normally there are three. My friend and I thought we would have to wait quite some time for our ice cream. Anna, the only employee there, was incredible!!! Despite being the only one there, she ROCKED IT LIKE A PRO!! She services everyone quickly, positively, professionally, and gave all of us a great experience!!! She deserves a raise or bonus!!!”

“This place was recommended for a great breakfast by the nearby hotel we were staying at. What a great experience, the food and coffee were delicious, filling and reasonably priced!! I am celiac and was hesitant to order any food but the owner said he was celiac and went the extra mile to prepare a gluten free breakfast scramble! It was amazing! So good we went back the next morning and would have gone the 3rd day but they are closed on Sundays.”

As we waited in the car, five minutes before opening people began to line up. By the time it opened, there were already 12 ahead of us. I thought to myself, we are in for a treat. The line moved at an acceptable rate considering the people cycling through.

We ordered 8 doughnuts, a great dessert, biscuits and gravy with a good size cake pop. Everything is gluten free

Great stop, just wish it was 500 miles closer. Worth the stop and we will be back when passing through”

“This place is such a gem! We’re from out of town and eyed this place from reviews and stumbled upon it on the street organically! The service and staff, welcoming and attentive. The space is elevated yet cozy. The drinks match the vibe, and will please any service industry and patron alike. From the well to signature cocktails, all will come and be satisfied. The menu, unstoppable. It was such a satisfying array of flavors, presentations, and combinations. I can’t speak highly enough about the tapas menu hitting the spot. The bar ware is super cute and makes you want to put it in your pocket but the staff and overall vibe keeps you from putting it in your pocket… 10 out of 10”

“I love the burgers from Frugals especially the Hawaiian. However, the customer service I had from Johnathan S on Brooks was below satisfactory. I could not hear him on the speaker from the traffic. So I pulled up to the window to confirm my order. he was rude when I asked him to confirm it. then when I went to pull away he rolled his eyes at me. very unprofessional. My order was also not labeled correctly and not made correctly either. I will not be returning to that location.”

“Never been there, but I just tried their instant organic coffee!!! I bought it at a local store in Oregon. Wow!!!! I mean how did they get instant so smooth? I bought this box of packets months ago and was hesitant to try it because I thought it would be like all the others. You know? Where you tolerate them on a trip because you can’t get organic everywhere. But no!!! I’m going to their website right now to order packets for travel and home and just because they make life simpler with no guilt! ❤️”

“I’m a long fan of la petit outer, but today I had a different experience. One (1) of the wait staff was extremely rude without a given reason to be. She was unpleasant, patronizing and snobbish! My friend and I, both older women, stopped at your “ new” location to top off our pleasant walk along the river, with a yummy coffee and treat. But encountered, not once but twice, a very unpleasant wait staff that killed the vibe. She was very rude, to the point we really wondered if we would come back. She was short in stature and wore a tube top with Bib overalls, not that that matters, (other than to bring her to your attention) but her attitude was horrendous and condescending! SHE NEEDS TRAINING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HUMAN DECENCY, OR SHE WAS JUST HAVING A BAD MORNING and couldn’t control her attitude!!!”

They are more interested in visiting amongst themselves about events and people. Slow night yet register was closed forcing use of the kiosk. From out of town just passing through but I won’t be stopping by this location anytime soon.”

“I've been coming here for 30 years. Foe practically the whole time they've been open. I love it here! A lot. I recently had a coffee card debacle after they made a little mix up. They remedied it quickly, after I explained. I did it this month for reasons. Still. LOVE this place. They do it right. Every single time.”

This particular visit was especially different. Music was a little loud which made conversation difficult to hear one another. We liked the music, but turn volume down a little bit.
The temperature of dining area was on the cool side, we had to wear our coats the whole time. The waitress seemed particularly rushed. Please slow down, smile and have fun. Far different experience from all our other visits here at this restaurant.
In the past we have had John, Ken and Zach as our servicers. Outstanding and very personable.”
