Usually I really like ordering from here but this last time really left a sour taste in my month. Employee was super rude in her remarks, and after I had sat down I could hear her complaining. She also corrected how I said something that really didn’t need corrected.
I go here often when I'm at the mall because it's a smaller business and honestly their pretzels are better than Auntie Ann's . I'd love to give an all positive review but the person Addy?behind the counter was very rude. Correcting both my daughter and I during a simple order and then the whole time we were eating she was loudly complaining about quiet people . The price has increased but the pretzels are smaller. They are very pale and no longer beautiful golden brown and slightly crisp. Doughy and raw on the inside too. What's with the changes guys??
