I was really excited for lunch today, but when my plate came there were a few things wrong. It was a mobile order, I added a special request that didn’t get granted; cool whatever I work restaurants I understand. There were other things missing off the sandwich. The sides were so bland, and flavorless. I swear they made me miss SCHOOL cafeteria food. I called the owner to get a refund, or a replacement of something different even. I was telling the owner my problems and he was arguing with me about the special request, I told him I wasn’t going argue with him about that I needed my refund because the food was wrong and bland other than that. He said okay I won’t argue with you then, cussed at me, and then hung up the phone. My man went in person and got the refund for me, but the owner acted like a prick, and let him know that the customer isn’t alway right. As someone who has worked in many restaurants in management, the way he spoke to us was absolutely shocking. Do better.
My family visits at least once a week, never had a bad experience here, friendly staff, great food, our last visit was 4/13/22 and we met the GM, very nice and courteous. Highly recommend supporting this A+++ local business!
