The 5 star reviews are well deserved. So glad we had a chance to try La Escondidita Mexican Kitchen while passing through Asheboro and can't wait for the next opportunity to try other items from their menu. Food was authentic, made to order, and now one of my new top 5 Mexican restaurants. Vibrant, compact setting is a great description for this place, and the service was on point.
This is a wonderful little restaurant. I stopped in two weeks ago on a whim and was thoroughly impressed. It is clean a pin inside, the staff were super friendly and the tacos Al Pastor were fantastic. I plan on taking the family the next time that we are in Asheboro. Highly recommended!!

We happened to find this place by accident. The food is fresh and delicious. You can taste every ingredient. Definitely recommend this to anyone wanting authentic Mexican food.
