The tour guide Gabrielle did an awesome job detailing the history of the company and info about cacoa. She made the tour wondeful! The signage, videos, and visuals enhanced her descriptions.
This is the second time we've done the tour, and it was better than the first! The tour guide was fun, and one of the workers came out to give us samples and talk to us about the process. French Broad Chocolate is absolutely making the world a better place!

The factory is state of the art and the aroma of chocolate is absolutely wonderful- like riding a unicorn in a sunny meadow while drinking children's laughter from a golden goblet! The classroom experience was very informative, with taste-testing and a full explanation of the chocolatier-science! I highly recommend this tour!
