“A real nice restaurant. A menu for most tastes and appetites. I went on a weeknight. It was busy but not overly. I had the soup of the day (a veggie-based creamy) and the calamari and kale salad. They have starters, smaller dishes, larger entrees, desserts, and plenty of beverage options. They change the menu regularly. It can be expensive, or moderate, depending on your selections.“
“Excellent food! Wings are amazing. This restaurant is set up where you order and pay for your food first at the register, they give you a number and bring the food to your table. There is no wait staff. Beer is served and the wings are hot.“
“The factory is state of the art and the aroma of chocolate is absolutely wonderful- like riding a unicorn in a sunny meadow while drinking children's laughter from a golden goblet! The classroom experience was very informative, with taste-testing and a full explanation of the chocolatier-science! I highly recommend this tour!“
“After a great dinner, we walked around checking out different shops and looking for a cookie to take back to our hotel. It was our first time in Asheville visiting friends who moved here over a year ago. This was a very popular spot for an evening snack. They had all the classic pastries that you’d hope for, including cheesecakes, key lime pies, cookies. We were pleased and came out with one pastry and 2 chocolate dipped peanut butter cookies. They were fantastic!“
“Well I am definitely surprised and loved the ginger beers. As all can tell from my reviews I drink a lot of craft beers. This is by far an excellent break from the normal beer scene and wish they were in Florida for those real hot days. Bartender made excellent recommendations. I would suggest getting flights here to get a real good idea of the varying to lavors.“
“The best crab cake we've ever had by far. Crab cake is a little misleading in that it is mostly just crab! And high quality at that! Cornbread was pretty good and the club sandwich was delicious. Pretty pricey lunch but worth every penny.“
“Mehfil is so consistently good. Delivery, takeout, in-person - I've never had a less than stellar meal. And the staff and owners are also incredibly nice. They go out of their way to make you feel like a welcomed guest. It's my favorite place to take visitors because I know the food and service will be on point.Dietary restrictions: Tons of great, clearly marked options for gluten free, vegetarian and dairy free!“
“Parking: During certain times of the day it's hard to find parking due to most residents parking near the restaurant, there is parking across the street at the school but I wouldn't recommend parking there especially as school dismisses because you will be stuck there.Kid-friendliness: I saw school aged children and toddlers as well. Plenty of outdoor seating, I also saw a few doggos sitting outside with their humans.“
“Rosetta’s is a delicious restaurant with a diverse menu chock full of vegan items. They also have a great selection of drinks and vegan desserts. Unfortunately, since moving to their new location, they have been getting more and more expensive. The fare stays the same but the prices get higher. The food, however, is fantastic. You’ll just feel the hit on your wallet as well as the one in your stomach!Vegetarian options: Extremely vegetarian and vegan friendly. There’s no meat on the menu!“
“Wendi was so sweet and enthusiastic from my first contact with her, which really went a long way to making the process a joy. She created a gorgeous and delicious gluten free lemon cake with raspberry filling. The decoration was beautiful and celebratory for my mom's 80th birthday. I picked up on a Friday and the party was Saturday. As we were about to serve the cake, a guest with a nut allergy wondered if any nut flours had been used. I texted Wendi and she responded immediately. Our guest was able to enjoy the cake with everyone else. All in all, a great experience that added a lot to a very special occasion.“
“Enjoyed a delicious meal here the other night, had the Mayfield Falls- the mahi was cooked perfectly and the coconut cream sauce was very tasty! We sat at the bar and enjoyed a couple of cocktails as well and has the absolute best service from Shannon!! She is awesome and I witnessed her handle an unruly customer that night like a BOSS!!“
“In Asheville to get married and everyone suggested Posana. They were right! The cuisine was perfection in every regard, and the staff made our night even more special with champagne, tasting spoons, and even a signed card! Highly recommend for a top notch dining experience.“
“What a pleasant surprise to find Sunshine Sammies wine visiting Asheville! Enjoyed one of the best tasting strawberry creams I’ve had between warm, freshly baked sugar cookies. I’m usually a waffle cone person so I had to try eating the ice cream sandwich without it dripping everywhere - challenge accepted! Also my wife’s gluten-free peanut butter cookie was ?Will be back!“
“Full transparency: my husband and I originally came here to order some pastries, especially after seeing how delicious they looked online. Unfortunately, they had already run out by the time we arrived. We didn't want to leave empty handed, so we both decided to try one of their drinks. My husband ordered a hot chocolate and I ordered a brown butter chai latte. My latte was super creamy and had a nice buttery flavor at the end. It was divine! I do hope to return soon and try some pastries next time.“
“We were visiting from out of town and ordered via DoorDash. Took a very long time to get our order and when we reached out to the restaurant they called DoorDash for us and handled it without any complaint. Pizza was very good and the cheesecake was some of the best I’ve ever had. Would 100% recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for good food and good customer service.“
“We try to come about twice a month as a treat! Their cookies are the best in the Asheville area. It brightens my whole week when they have the PBJ cookies (which are gluten free, but you would never know it!). Absolutely can't go wrong with any of their flavors though!“
“Dobra Tea is one of my favorite places in Asheville! The atmosphere is incredible and it is my favorite place to relax and read. I love the tea here and there is any type of tea you could want. The little snacks are pretty good, especially the hummus. The treats are quite good for gluten free desserts. I highly recommend dobra tea.“
“We visited this place with some friends today and enjoyed hot chocolate and a cookies and cream brittle. The food was wonderful and next time I’ll have the sipping chocolate. Our visit was enhanced by Morgan, who had great energy and gave us some tourism tips! We can’t wait to come again.“
“This is the spot to go to when in Asheville or as a local looking for a restaurant who still prioritizes the ambiance and unmatched quality of food. Steph, Ralph and Tony are owners who care and love what they do. Easily my favorite spot to eat in Asheville. Not a bad choice on the menu. Ralph’s knowledge on wine is unreal and def worth listening to for pairing.“
“A very small restaurant with delicious food that is relatively cheaper for the Asheville area. Tender meat with a mild heat. The bread rolls are delicious. Would suggest the meat or veggie platters to try a bit of everything. Great service and friendly staff. A very small restaurant that can be a little loud but an otherwise perfect place to try something new.“
“If you are looking for a delicious Italian meal in Asheville, Vinnie's Neighborhood Italian restaurant is the spot to visit! We both started off with side salads: Caesar and Greek. Each table is served complimentary bread with olive oil and balsamic. For my entree, I ordered one of the house specialty items: the Chicken Parmesan. The chicken breast used for the dish was MASSIVE and breaded to perfection. My friend ordered the Baked Ziti Penne dish and really enjoyed her meal! There was a small wait, but we got seated within 15 minutes and the food came out very quick. The service was very attentive. If I am in the Asheville area again, I would definitely come back to Vinnie's Neighborhood Italian restaurant.“
“Highly recommend Farm Burger for good food, good vibes, and great service. I loved my chicken burger on a GF bun - try the sweet potato fries and sweet tea - you won’t be disappointed! Zack went above and beyond to give me a local paper and tell me about events happening in the area while I’m in town. Thank you Zack for your outstanding customer service! Asheville is going to miss you!!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bun is very tasty“
“Always the best! It is hard to get good Mediterranean food close to where I live so going here is a treat for me. Quality has not changed in the past year. Belly dancer on the Friday/Saturday is always a pleasure to watch as well! Pictured: Jordanian chicken “
“Had a pretty rude waitress but the food and quickness of service made up for it - other wait staff were very polite! Also pet friendly for outside seating.Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian and vegan substitutes that are delicious!Dietary restrictions: Lots of options for dietary restrictions, gluten free options, dairy free and vegan.Parking: Had to park in a paid parking lot on the same street. Prices weren't as bad as some lots - around 6 dollars an hourKid-friendliness: Very kid friendly in atmosphere and in the menu!Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp entrance and wheel chair accessible bathroom stall, and accomadating seating at some tables“
“Wonderful experience here recently with my wife for dinner. The server made superb wine suggestions, plus she was completely attentive to dietary restrictions with regard to menu items & their ingredients. She checked things with the chef for details & worked with us successfully for helpful tweaks for items where possible, while being clear which items could not be adjusted. The menu items were all delicious & we took several items home, enjoying them later.“
“This place was great! We had a very fancy dinner on our weekend trip and they served us so little food we were still hungry after. We stopped here on a whim and shared the cuban cowboy sandwich. On the recommendation of our server, we had the pasta salad. Both were delicious! The brisket and pork were so juicy. The service was quick and helpful. The place had a cool vibe and we very much enjoyed our experience. We would definitely come back.“
“I read all the reviews online and decided to get the brekkie wrap. It was as delicious as everyone said! The wrap and a cup of cappuccino was just about 12bucks, which is a great deal. I saved the second wrap for lunch. They have other options with bagels and a vegan selection as well.Great spot, with indoor and outdoor sitting space. Went by on a Saturday morning and it was packed by 9.30am but I still got an indoor seat. And the service was super fast.Highly recommend.“
“Fig Bistro was a very delicious! The potato bacon soup was pretty flavorful and a bit different then potato soup that I’m used to - less chunky and more smooth. The market fish was a trout was delicious with more of a citrus taste. The salmon was tasty with a bit of a lighter buttery flavor. The apple tart dessert was very good as well! Our waiter was very attentive. The place was smaller but comfortable.“
“It looks like a hole in the wall but wow. It's a cozy bar feel with maybe a dozen tables. The service was outstanding :) My wife wanted a sweet drink and our waiter asked some great questions and delivered a fantastic option. He was so friendly and attentive. We have had a couple of meals in Asheville and honestly hadn't had anything really great so our expectations weren't high. However, the food was fantastic. The fried pickles were outstanding, the spinach dips and homemade chips are incredible. You have to try the homemade chips they are really unique, light and super flavorful. I had the blackened chicken wrap and it was awesome. Food temps were perfect, everything came out hot. The whole night was a wonderful surprise. Also really economical too for 3 of us with drinks and apps it was $75. Highly recommend if you are looking for a hidden gem In Asheville!!“
“Banana bread (GF) and coffee... always when I go to Asheville. Staff is friendly and give recommendations. I always stop here!GF breakfast sandwiches are really good and portioned well. (Not miniature brick bread!)Did I mention the "banana bread" ? YummiestTry all of their sweet treats!“
“Chef Michael's catered a superbowl party for us with a BBQ dinner for 9 people. Was delivered exactly on time and food quality was excellent. Pulled pork, squash casserole and carrot cake were all big hits. Would certainly use again if vacationing in the Asheville area.“
“We have been coming here for years and recently had my husband's 40th birthday party at a room in the back. Madalynn was so kind and accommodating as we were planning for the lunch and Mayela was our amazing server for the day. Everyone loved the food and said the atmosphere was perfect for what we needed! Thank you Madalynn and Mayela for your kind service!“
“Sunny Point Cafe lives up to the hype. We arrived at 10am on a Saturday and had about a 45 minute wait, which was reasonable. While you wait they have a super cute back garden you can walk through with herbs and flowers. They also offer drinks on the patio. They had a live musician when we were there.Once seated l, the food did not disappoint. We started with Fried Green Tomatoes which was excellent. For my main I had the biscuits and gravy which was very flavorful. My friends enjoyed their meals also. Definitely a recommended go to while in Asheville.“
“Boy is this place hoppin’!The line went out the door by 11 on the Saturday me and my mom went, but we had gotten there just before that and were able to find a seat outside. We saw like 3 bridal parties too.The food was awesome, I got the special while my mom got the half breakfast plate. The jams from the jam bar are hand-made and very yummy! The sweet tea was good, and my mom noted that her latte was totally legit. The line cuts right through the main dining area and I felt bad watching people struggle to get to their seats through it. I felt a little claustrophobic standing in line, and it was also kind of loud, so the outdoor seats were nice to have as an option. It can also be noted that even though there were a lot of people, it seemed like everyone was able to find seats.Other than that, no complaints, after all it’s not their fault they have so many customers!“
“This was a party for the tongue! The reuben with tempeh was really flavorful and the ensalada tostada with creamy chipotle dressing was yummy as well! Wish I could have tried more meals here! The service was a little slow though (getting our order in and receiving the food and later the bill took a while). Still 5 stars because the food was so good!Vegetarian options: Vegan and vegetarian ❤️“
“Some of the best chicken we have had and insane curry sauce. Vegan options available too. Staff are readily available and nice, interior design is supreme. My only concern, is the lack of variety. Overall, come here for cheap and get amazing food out of it.“
“Walking through town I came upon this cool (no pun intended) chocolatier that served ice cream. They let e try a couple samples before I selected the Budha ice cream, which tasted great!Staff was friendly and the vibe is fun. Worth stopping in!“
“Had the sweet potato noodle dish it was not what I was expecting but really good! I was not ready for the texture it was awesome, haha! The stone bowls were also delicious and served sizzling hot so the mango sorbet at the end was the perfect touch. Great for a fancy date or fun new family experience. Will go back!“
“The vegan/gluten free donuts were a dream! I haven’t had donuts in a decade and now I finally can again. I loved the straightforward glazed and the key lime. They have a very cool international chip selection too. We will be stopping in regularly.“
“Perfect place for coffee and bagels before a busy day. This is a true espresso experience—first time I’ve seen a cortado on a menu since I was the one making them—so don’t expect Starbucks style macchiatos. I definitely recommend coming here if you’re staying at the Renaissance hotel (it’s a five minute walk away).“
“Stopped in based on a local suggestionCan honestly say that this was some of the best pizza I've ever had. Crunchy bubbly thin crust, perfect sauce to cheese ratio and Delicious toppings. We got the Scar Face and I'll def be coming back next time I'm in the area“
“This place makes the fshngide's ALL STARS!! Did a late lunch on Friday afternoon at 2:30. Absolutely fabulous food and service. My wife and I split the Tuscan Chicken Alfredo lunch and still took a serving for one home! Lilly provided level 5 star plus service and we will definitely come back!Wednesday's is half price bottle wine day, and you get to take the rest home with you!And why is this place not full?!?Wake up Asheville!! You're missing your best kept secret!!A++!!!?????“
“My favorite place to see a movie and enjoy a delicious pizza, salad and great beer that’s brewed right there! Great vegan pizza!!!! Yummola!Vegetarian options: We love the vegan pizza with the soy-rizo, mushrooms and spinachDietary restrictions: Our favorite vegan pizza in town!“
“We have been ordering special cakes and just stopping by their retail location for years!! Excellent custom cake options. Taste is great in all the cakes we have ordered. Support this business, they are worth it!Shanna did a great Lakers / Kobe cake for my 13 year old most recently and we ate every bite.“

“We came here for a business dinner on a weeknight… the staff was great, very friendly and helpful! Menu looked really good too! Wine and cocktail offerings are quite nice. The venue is beautifully decorated, like an old Italian village. The pizza was decent, the bread service was nice. The salad done in a Greco salad was awesome! But that Shrimp Papperdelle was pretty bad! It was watery, had no flavoring, the pasta was overcooked and so was the shrimp. I ended up sending it back. But they took it in stride and continued to provided great service.Overall, I’d definitely return, just try something else next time.“
“Fidel was so amazing!! thank you for being such a fantastic bartender and being the absolute best! The ambiance is wonderful! Our martinis were so delicious and we had a phenomenal time!!! GIVE HIM A RAISE OR ELSE I WILL CRY!!!! I LOVE THIS MAN, THE BEST EVER!! smart too“
“We’ve been staying in the west end of Asheville for a few days and I’ve been walking to the (many) different coffee places around here trying them all. West End Bakery takes the prize for our favorite. My wife is a chai person and I prefer coffee or espresso, and both were great here. Also the baked goods are amazing. The morning glory muffin is perfection. Soft fresh bagels and donuts are great too. Also love the vibe with all the plants and chill music. Thank you!“
“This place is amazing ? I recently brought a friend here from Boston and they really went above and beyond and showed him what true southern hospitality is all about. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I will continue coming to this location for many years to come and always introducing new people to Tupelo Honey ?“
“We absolutely love this place. We always visit them whenever we are in Asheville. We recommend sitting at the counter. The counter will allow you to be entertained by the staff. We hung out with Derek this time. He is an amazing chef. There's nothing like watching an artist at work.“
