I love this taco trailer. I've only ordered steak/asada tacos the few times I've been there. They're just meat, onion, and cilantro served with a lime wedge to squeeze, but they are SO good. $3/each at time of this review.There's a choice of red or green sauce or both. The red has an immediate and persistent heat that doesn't overpower other flavors (I'm a pepperhead so it might burn for normal people). I’m not from the area visiting Ashville from Chicago.I was staying not far from there keep passing the taco cart was curious.I stop had a conversation with the owners they told me their story .They from Guanajuato Mexico and this their tacos.I order 3 tacos to share with my girlfriend2 asada and I birriaThey are small, but mighty in tasteThe birria was amazingIf I ever in the area will get 4 for myself cuz at the end didn’t want to share.
