Been waiting for 2 medium pizzas for 1.5 hours now and still counting. I called after 1 hour, the manager said the driver was on his way. I'm literally a mile and a half away. The absolute worst customer service and wait time. This isn't my first bad encounter with the "Manager" either. How he still has a job there is beyond me.
I wish I could share a photo of what just arrived at my house...... it's insane. And in no way we're they helpful or upset about it

Worst customer service I have ever received from the employee to the manager to the franchise owner. After years of ordering for family dinners or team parties I will never call again. Offered free food when I insisted to pay, just asked for customer service...never knew breaking a $100 on a 40 or 50 dollar tab would be such a problem.. no name pizza it is, even without the specials, I'll pay extra for service
