The drive thru staff messed up our order. They didn’t put on the order a 2 for $6 Quarter pounder. Only a single quarter pounder. It happens. We ask politely. We were willing to pay for what wasn’t put correctly in our order and to get the second burger we needed. They’ve helped fix these things before bc it’s just a simple mistake. No big deal. It’s just a burger. Except for when the manager says he’s not going to help fix it and threatens to call the police to have us banned. What? Since when do they not just fix the order. Since when do they call the police for a customer service problem? Another manager came and helped fix the order while I was standing at the drive thru window speaking to the Beaufort police officer. He said- this is the second time in the same day we have been called here over a burger. The police officer could see we were polite and non combative. Simply a family driving looking for our dinner. Is this manager okay? I hope he’s okay. Someone for corporate needs to check on him. He’s the skinny white early 30s with long brown ratty hair. I will be sending a letter and I will be making this known.
