After visiting the Daniel Stowe Gardens we decided to drive to downtown Belmont for a quick bite.Nellies offers classic Southern cooking that is locally sourced inspired by Nellie Jonas..Kevin Sr.s grandmother . Yes, part of the Jonas Brothers family!We decided to try their Pimento appetizer which was one of the few items that was GF. It is made with jalapenos and creme cheese which gives it a nice kick. We just had such a delightful dinner at Nellie’s this evening! As delicious as the food was, the service was even better!! Joshua was our waiter and truly just a GEM. Can’t say enough about his service and the atmosphere he brought to our dinner. I had the grilled shrimp entree, Caesar salad, and pimento cheese appetizer - so delicious!!!
