For my first time at pita wheel I was very disappointed. I got to the door and it’s freezing outside, I opened the door and the lady immediately said we don’t open till 11. I looked at my clock that just turned 10:58 and said oh, okay. She had us stand outside in the cold until 11 and then when I went in to sit down she snatched the menus and “I asked her was it necessary we had to stand outside for those few minutes in the cold with my kids?!” She instantly got defensive and said “I’m just the hostess tell your waitress.” I then left because apparently you don’t want my money, especially with that attitude.
Roach infested and they make you pay full price if a roach is in your food. Disgusting needs to be shut down. YUCK

I eat at all 3 of the Pita wheel locations, most of the time at the Dallas Location or the Belmont location and usually order the same thing the homemade chicken tenders and a side rolled in the Bbq/buffalo sauce…. Venture mid to the one on. Main Street today and got seated took a good while before a waitress came to the table guess they were just for a Monday ….. placed my order for the tenders with bbq and buffalo and it Seems the Gastonia location thinks this is too much of a hassle and told me that was not available they would bring me the sauce and I could put it on the tenders myself… I will just go to the other locations from now on …..the waitress was really nice and I know it was not her call not sure why that was such a hard request.
