“We had a great experience. The ribeye and prime rib were delicious tender and cooked as we requested. We also enjoyed a crème brûlée which was also very good. The food all came in a timely manner didn’t have to wait long at all to be served. The waiter Pauly did an awesome job. He was very attentive and was did everything he could to ensure we had a great experience. We will DEFINITELY go there again and you all should give it a try. They did not disappoint.“
“This was our first time eating here and the food was plentiful and delicious! I've never seen such large chicken tenders and my son, who's a very picky eater, loved them and the honey-mustard that came with them. I had the shrimp and clam strips, they were wonderful. Everything was cooked to perfection and there was no way we could eat it all in one sitting. In addition to the great food, the staff was friendly and helpful. Can't wait to come back again! Thank you for a fantastic experience.“
“Last night 5 Friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our Dining Experience at The Boundary House Restaurant in Calabash. Our Server, SKYLER, was the HIGHLIGHT of our dining experience. His Personality, Proficiency, & Professionalism made our evening. Thank You SKYLER!“
“Great restaurant, delicious food, if you're in the Myrtle Beach area, drive up to Calabash NC for a terrific meal in a relaxed atmosphere. Aly was our waitress and she was so friendly, attentive, and spot on with our orders. Ten stars for Aly!“
“Beck's lay claim to being one of the originators of the Calabash style shrimp. When compared to their competitors, Beck's easily stands near the top. The lightly battered and quick fried popcorn shrimp produces a fresh and very tasty plate of seafood. Dipped into either their tangy, horseradish flavored cocktail sauce or the pleasing tartar sauce only highlights the tender shrimp. We were given a warm basket of hush puppies w honey butter once we were seated. We added a salad and chose a baked potato in place of the fries for the sides, which were good. However, the bountiful plate of shrimp w Cole slaw could easily have been a meal in itself. Modern decor, plenty of seating, and quick service rounded out our experience. Super glad we paid a visit.“
“The place wasn’t open for business until the second week of March, but I did speak with the Owner very nice guy. He apologized for the mix-up but told me if I returned at a later time I wouldn’t be disappointed with the best and freshest seafood in North Carolina.“
“First time here food was pretty good… but our server Almat was amazing! Never got a chance too get thirsty or look for him. He was very helpful; will definitely look to forward to coming back when in area. But if u come here ask for him… Trust “
“Is this the fanciest restaurant ever? No. Does it have a Michelin 3 Star rating? Also no. Will you have any difficulty pronouncing any of the menu items? Still no.Does this restaurant belong on your list of places to eat if you’re even remotely in the area of Ocean Isle, Sunset Beach, etc, if you enjoy fried seafood and Southern comfort food? HECK YEAH, IT DOES!Hush puppies, fried shrimp, baked potatoes loaded with butter and sour cream, and cocktail sauce with enough horseradish to clear your sinuses and cross your eyes, the way it should be.SOOOOO GOOD!“
“My wife and I went there after golf, and we had a reservation. Which is a MUST! This place is always packed. We had the oysters Rockefeller to start, simply delicious. The complimentary homemade chips are exceptional . I had the traditional Calabash fry, flounder, and scallops. Why not for $34 ! I had it blackened, and it was outstanding! My wife had the special, which was seabass and really enjoyed it. We had a nice bottle of chardonnay to go with it, a great night. Our server, Lawanda, was great and very attentive ??“
