It’s a typical Wendy’s restaurant. Nothing different with the food. However, if you drive thru you better check your order every single time. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt, but every time there is always something missing and I have to go back to get the order right.
Never gets my order right
I didn't get any food because there were 3 people behind the counter staring at us and not one was proactive enough to take our order

Wendy's offers good food, but inconsistent service. Customers have reported missing orders and cold food. The lack of paper towels in the restroom was also mentioned. Some felt ignored when trying to place an order and experienced delays. Despite these issues, the drive-thru service seems to be more efficient.
