This Wendy's is so poorly ran. I just ordered a 21 dollar order and was overcharged 5 dollars (as I had a reward that didn't go through) and had to wait around 15 mins for food in the drive through. After waiting and getting my food I politely asked for a partial refund. The only thing they could do is refund my whole order and give the food back. With inflation already terrible who wants to pay an extra 5 dollars for food??? I got my full refund and returned the food and went...read full review
I have came to this location 3 days now. I will not return! The food was hot but the staff customer service is nasty! They don't great you in a pleasant way. They get very ugly when asking a question. Yes, you will have my business!
