Exceptional pastries and bread! The service was top notch, selection of items extensive and the taste of the apple strudel and torte purchased were stellar. Bought some bread to take home for lunch. The only negative is I live 40 minutes away.
Fantastic German breads which are hard to find anywhere else made with high quality ingredients, which justifies the above average price. While I am willing to pay the bread prices, I would go elsewhere for pastries. The quality of pastries is not competitive enough for the price being so much greater than many other comparable bakeries nearby.

My gf's favorite bakery in the Raleigh area. The white chocolate raspberry scones are particularly delicious, as are the mushroom cheese turnovers if you're feeling in more of a savory mood. You can't really go wrong with any of the pastries.
