Had a very disappointing experience at the downtown Cary location. I am a HUGE fan of La Farm but will not be visiting this location ever again.I ordered a sandwich but never got it bc they over sold and there weren't any left. They were out of almost all of their sandwiches but didn't advertise this, so people were waiting in line, only to reach the register to be told by indifferent staff that they were out of everything. I paid for my sandwich but waited over 15 minutes before they realized they were out. I did get a refund , but at this point my friend had gotten her food, so it was too late to go elsewhere.There did not seem to be a supervisor on site and it was overall very unorganized. I saw several patrons get frustrated for the same reason and end up leaving before ordering.It's a shame bc La Farm is wonderful, but I would not recommend this location.

I drive an average if One hour and 10 minutes to support either stores. Respectfully you need a better area for ordering and paying both spaces are small, crowded and you may be in a linenwhere people are about to order and not to pay and vice-versa. Your bread makes the driving worthwhile, your customer service, needs tiding up as well as the restrooms.

I can't say enough good things about La Farm. The inside is adorable, the staff is both fast and kind, the food is pure Nirvana.I honestly thought it was closed for awhile but I am so glad to find out I was wrong!This Cary staple is absolutely timeless and worth a visit anytime.

The French toast was extremely dry and hard on the edge, I ate the middle and I'm not sure there was any egg wash. Syrup was ice cold. Who it's cold syrup! I would never recommend eating here.
